The size was great especially when you have kids and adults

The bed in The room on its own was uncomfortable the mattress was very springy, the shower didn’t work properly signal on the TV was bad and no internet.

Although payment was made, the landlord failed to pass the code for the accommodation and would not answer his phone. Never gained

Being Rat Race weekend there was no accommodation in Carlisle left and had to get taxi to a hotel 20 miles away. This cost me but I just want my accommodation money back. Riccardo still fails to answer any calls or texts

It was central to Carlisle, big house great location

The TV went off and the WiFi after 11.30 in the evening and no normal TV channels. But owner rectified it.

The amont of mold in bath room walls need a good paint kitchen cupboard are just hanging on the wall in no more

The location of the property is good only a 5/10 minute walk to lots of bars/restaurants, 15mins most to walk to city centre. No big hills etc to climb. Size of the property is good. Property clean, beds comfy.

It was just silly things like no information book provided regarding the facilities in the house e.g. how do you get hot water apart from electric shower?, (bathroom a little tired) wi-fi password?, where do you empty bins, etc?. Just needs a little tlc, no cooking utensils, tiny frying pan, no dish to microwave anything.... no washing cloths for dishes etc. Property on main road with bus stop directly in front. Came back & had to ask people to move as they were sitting on window sill & front door step while waiting on their bus. Front bedroom a little noisey due to traffic. Parking is available on road but you need to return every 2 hrs to change display disc which is a bit restrictive. I know it sounds like a big moan but it's not! Could be a really nice property if the little things were addressed. However maybe the price reflects this. Was excellent value for money & the owner is very pleasant and does respond quickly if you have any questions. Having detailed all this however we would definatley use again.

It is a really convenient location, really close to the train station and the town centre. If you like partying then lots of nightclubs and pubs are really close.

We actually stayed in a different location because of some plumbing issues with the original property. The property owner didn't inform me in advance, just sent the new address, and only when I asked why the address was different they mentioned the plumbing issue. The house was really empty no toilet paper, and one of the beds was so wobbly because it wasn't screwed together correctly.

Great location, clean and plenty of space.

Lacks a few finishing touches. There was no wine glasses and no freezer. Curtains hanging loose.
