It's not soundproof and easily can hear people closing their door and it is very noisy when next door is using their washroom, very poor soundproof. Bedsheets and towel wasn't clean, can see stain left on the towel.

Beautifully done refurbishment of an old warehouse with modern amenities. The beds were very nice and comfortable!

everything was perfect about the suite, spacious and clean. mini pantry was equipped with microwave utensils and was spacious too. we had a good time staying in there, felt home

nothing that I didn’t like but I guess the temperature of the heater got to be checked as it is too hot. maybe some default in the machine itself

It could be nice if the hotel can provide trash bin at the kitchen area. Currently there is one in the bathroom.

The sound insulation effect is poor. There is a ladder in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient, and I almost fell down several times.

the location is fantastic with easy access to everywhere around butterworth. plenty of free parking on site with security. love the room layout, spacious and simple but nice and comfy. also all the friendly staff that working here and my best experience was with a front office staff by the name of Azwan who goes beyond to assist me and other traveller (i witnessed) with ease and high level of professionalism. I'm happy to return back and definitely highly recommended place.
