Location

Having to pick up the key from reception. After a 7 hour drive with major delays on the M25 we had to park & wait at the yard before being able to get back in the car and drive again to pick up the key at 3pm.

Apartment was very clean, top quality ammenities, perfect location, comfortable, child friendly.

No free parking and dependent on time of the day, difficult to get paid parking close to the property

Great location

Having to pick up the keys from a third party which was not made easy (change of location for collecting keys and then having to take them back. It would have been so much easier if the letting agent could either meet or have a safe on site to collect the keys from). Waisted a lot of time picking up and taking back the keys. Another simple idea would have been leave the keys in a secure location on site.

Location excellent and value for money

Very hot. Suggest fans provided as no air con to make stay more comfortable. Key pick up could be easier especially with the early check out and having to return key to pure service.

the view and facilities and position were fab.

the property was fine But having to go to another location to get the key ( and return it!!) was very inconvenient, especially as we were on public transport. we had to change our plans to pick it up. we could not return key to the office because of marathon in town, so made alternative arrangements, but it would have been a second day ruined if we had had to return it to the office. having to pay £150 deposit in case of breakages is a lot, and then having to pay £3 out of it for the privilege without breakages when it was returned is not on. could have taken card details only! I asked about parking when booking and told there was not any, hence public transport. The apartment was not cheap and we would have expected to have been met with the key, which is what happened when we stayed on the Royal William before if they did not have digital key holders.
