Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, rooms are spacious and clean. Carpark use is incredibly handy and relatively cheap. Great location - Kokusai Dori is just a few minutes' walk down the street to the east, the city beach to the north, and eateries on all sides.

Carpet looks like it's still there from the 80's. The walls are pretty thin - If you're unlucky, you'll be put next to another guest who only knows to slam doors at all hours of the day and night.

the hotel was on construction and repairing with a lot of noise and they didn’t tell us. usually in this situation the hotels will let the customers know and will give an special discount on deals

the room has the smoking smell even though I booked the non-smoking room. The ceiling is a bit low.

The location is nice because it is close to the airport.

The mini ref is very old and not cold. Air conditioning is poor also. We had to ask for a circulator. And one male staff, a big guy. Valet parker guy was not hospitable at all. Didn’t even greet us or smiled even one time. Never helped with our luggages. Specially when we checked-out. The reception lady staff helped us. The guy didn’t care at all. Never thanked us for our stay. He should not be in a hospitality service kind of job. Also the housekeeping forgot to put coffee service twice consecutively. We have to ask front desk.

Breakfast is so good and it's really near Naminoue Beach. Just 3 mins taxi ride or 11 mins by foot.

The location of the facilities is great. The amenities are plentiful. The restaurant and food service is wonderful

Beds could have been softer. I didn't get my requests handled before arriving, but not a big issue. The room temperature got cold one of the nights.
