Questa casa vacanza si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Anchorage. Non avrai bisogno di perdere tempo per lasciare il tuo mezzo in un posto sicuro: qui ti aspetta anche un parcheggio. Poi non avrai che l'imbarazzo della scelta: potrai percorrere 8 minuti a piedi fino a Delaney Park o 14 minuti a piedi fino a Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center.
Approfitta degli spazi esterni organizzandoti per passare del tempo un giardino e un'area barbecue. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.
Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Anche se sei in vacanza, potrai fare qualche bucato e viaggiare con una valigia più leggera: qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice. Lenzuola, ferro/asse da stiro e riscaldamento sono tra i servizi e le dotazioni inclusi.

Overall a great place to spend a few nights. Because it is an older building it has some quirks (not bad, just to note), the stairwells are very narrow, there is a beam between the kitchen (beautiful kitchen) and dinning that 6' 2" or taller people will need to duck under, low clearance in the basement.
Beds were awesome!!! Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Beautiful yard and plenty of room to move around. The bathroom with the tub/shower combo is on the main level and a bathroom with the shower is on the second floor. They provided plenty of towels and other supplies

Cute remodeled home, great kitchen with everything would need but didn't use much since quick stop over, plenty of space for just the 2 of us. Quick response when couldn't get door to open. Location close to downtown and everything we needed. Minimal street noise, didn't hear anything with ear plugs in. Only thing lacking was an outlet in downstairs bathroom.

Visiting Alaska with my spouse and parents for the first time from Texas. Cottage was as described. Neighborhood was nice, looks like the homes are being remodeled. Noisy intersection behind the home, but you get used to it; not loud after 10 or 11pm or maybe I was just so tired, I couldn’t hear. Nice yard, needed a little maintaining, but so did all the other neighbors, but maybe that’s an Alaska thing. Would recommend some blackout curtains for bedrooms. Only issue was at check-in, the home wasn’t ready to go. The housekeeper didn’t finish, like they just left in the middle of cleaning—towels, linens in washer and beds not made up. The owner was responsive and quickly took action to resolve.

We flew in from the east coast arriving after midnight local time - Blake granted immediate access with very easy check-in and clear instructions. The cottage was clean and warm and just what we need for our short stay in Anchorage. I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope we get the chance to in the future.

The house is super cute and comfy! It’s located within a mile of downtown eating and shopping- so convenient.
The host was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions and needs.
Take earplugs for street noise and neighbor. Minor inconvenience with what the house has to offer:)

This house was updated with a great kitchen, but LR had one small couch. Basement FR has 2 love seats. Not much room for a group in one room. This is an old renovation so all 3 bedrooms are very tight with queen beds. Everything was clean but the upstairs beds had no sheets. The upstairs bath had no TP, no hand soap and used towels. Downstairs had used towels as well. We refilled dish and hand soap containers and found wash cloths, dishcloths, hand towels and sheets in basement storeroom. If housekeeping did their job it would have been okay. It is on a main road so very noisy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blake’s cottage! Everything was as described in the listing…or better!
Comfortable beds and the location was awesome. Easy walk into downtown Anchorage. We would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Anchorage!
