Dreamy Luxury experience It was out honeymoon and we got upgraded due to smell in our initial room so we got to experience the suite. I am speechless about the entire experience. The staff is amazing, I can only remember the one and only Jackie the manager, exceptional. But the whole team were fantastic. We tried all the activities and experiences and they are all amazing but please do the kayaking.

Cet établissement est très bien malgré le prix un peu élevé , et le personnel y est pour beaucoup ils sont aux petit soin, surtout le chef de rang Mr Jackie Phan y est pour beaucoup. - Sans le personnel je trouve le bateau vieux pour le prix - Les boissons basiques devraient être inclus à ce prix - La nourriture est très bonne bien que pendant le buffet il faut courir pour avoir ce que vous voulez, car rien n'est remplacé par la personnel quand un plat et finie il faut choisir autre chose

- le fait de pousser sans arrêt aux achats supplémentaires et de ne pas dire aux clients ce qui est payant ou non. - Ce n'est pas vraiment 1 nuit et deux jours mais plutôt , une nuit et deux demi-journée car vous arrivez sur le bateau à 12h30 et repartez à 11h30 le lendemain

Très belle cabine avec balcon très confortable. Très grand lit et grande baignoire avec vu.

Very well organised and staff never put a foot wrong. Scenery was as you would expect lovely.

More should have been included within the price rather than itemised billing of everything.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room and bathroom were bigger than I expected, we had a senior suite, but still for a boat I found it to be quite roomy. We also had a private balcony that we enjoyed. The excursions for the two night stay were great, mainly the full day going to Cat Ba Island, that's not included in the one night stay, if you can swing it, highly recommend!

The food and drinks were just okay, but you don't go on a cruise for the food do you!?

It was clean in general. The decor is elegant.

Some of the areas need maintenance (eg the exterior of the boat had some holes in the lattice panels).

Les chambres magnifiques, les balcons des chambres très agréables. Le bateau (il a un an, tout est nickel), les repas, le cours de cuisine, le deck. Le site est juste magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps clair.

En dehors des repas et activités prévues, tout est payant (café, thé, alcool) ; ce qui n'est pas un problème en soi. Le problème est que c'est très cher (café à 4 euros par exemple !). Le trajet réalisé par le bateau est court (le bateau se déplace environ 3h30 sur les 24h) et fait le même trajet au retour qu'à l'aller. C'est un peu décevant et frustrant....

Das grosse Boot war nicht neu aber komfortabel und sauber. Der Manager mr Tu war stets bemüht und immer mit Lächeln im Gesicht.

Essen war wirklich schlecht kalte bis lauwarme Speisen billige Qualität der Lebensmittel. Das Schiff fährt fast gar nicht , Dieser Punkt ist wichtig falls jemand die Kreuzfahrt buchen will man wird überall mit dem kleinen Schiff hingefahren bzw. man ist die meiste Zeit auf dem kleinen Schiff teilweise sogar zum Essen da bringt einem die schöne Kabine auf dem grossen Schiff nichts. Lautsprecherdurchsagen in der Kabine. Billige Sunset Party mit viel zu lauter Musik die total unpassend war. Nervige Kellner die kaum Englisch sprachen und die ganze Zeit versuchten Getränke die nicht gratis sind anzudrehen ich kam mir vor wie in Italien am Strand falls jemand weiss was ich meine. Die Touren waren auch richtig billig gemacht , als wir die Island Tour machten hätte ich mir gerne gewünscht mehr über Halong Bay zu erfahren stattdessen erzählte der Tour Guide Andy ungelogen 10 min Über sich und was für ein hartes Leben hatte und wie er englisch lernte ist ja schön wenn jemand danach fragt aber für mich nicht der Sinn wenn ich nach Ha Long Baby fahre und mehr über dieses Natur Wunder erfahren will. Natürlich war er dann schnell beim tip box aufstellen. Peinliche Tanzeinlagen des Personals die Armen müssen das wahrscheinlich jeden Tag aufführen. Komische Begrüssungsgetränke halbvolle Gläser mit billigem Tee. Wie gesagt das Schiff fährt vor und zurück wenn man den 2 day cruise macht fährt man vor man wird am nä tag in die Höhle gebracht mit kleinen Schiff und dann zurück an Land. Beim 3 day Cruise fährt man auf die Insel und das grosse Schiff wird mit neuen Passagieren beladen und fährt dann wieder vor. Viel zu viele Sachen die schlecht laufen als dass ich an Zufall glaube ich würde sogar soweit gehen und sagen dass das eine reine Touri abzocke ist.320 eur die Nacht soviel verdient ein Lehrer im Monat in Vietnam.Ich rate dringend ab diese Kreuzfahrt zu machen ich denke die anderen sind relativ ähnlich es gibt schönere Sachen die man in V unternehmen kann.

Staff on board were very nice.

The transfer provided from Hanoi stops 5mins away from the final destination to try to force you to buy stuff at pearl shop. If it truly was a comfort stop, they would stop at the halfway point at one of the many rest stops available. Once you reach the marina you sit and wait in their "lounge" which feels like a bus terminal. While there, the staff try to force you to buy overpriced drinks and snacks to take on board. When it is time to board, you're herded onto their support vessel like cattle - a process you will have to complete in reverse when returning to shore. Food was very average. They force you to buy their drinks or pay a service charge, both of which are very overpriced. There was nothing particularly special about the royal suite, it was just a bigger version of the senior suite. They had music blasting from everywhere after dinner - karaoke from the dining room, vinahouse at the bar, and Vietnamese pop songs from the bridge - which was right next to my room. There was no escape.

We were really enjoying the cruise with amazing view before we noticed a cockroach. The staff was very nice, they decorated the room very well for our honeymoon.

Well, a COCKROACH on the buffet table. During the dinner time we were sitting next to the buffet, and I noticed a cockroach crawling towards food plates. And it successfully climbed on the plate. I informed the staff, they apologised and the next day before check out they gave us free drinks. Frankly, excluding couple of hair in the bathtub in the room, this is the only reason I am giving such a low rating, cause nothing could help to fix the destroyed experience during our honeymoon. My wife couldn't eat any food after that, feeling disgusted. On other topics, staff has very limited English and the music in the bar was poor.

The rooms were worth the price! King sized beds with a breathtaking view to wake up to! The excursions were also really good and Jackie was an amazing manager! Jay was an exceptional tour guide and cooking instructor! 10/10 would recommend!

Todo muy lujoso, limpio y bien organizado. Actividades divertidas. Las habitaciones son una pasada, las vistas increíbles. Experiencia muy recomendable. Jackie, el manager del barco, se hizo cargo de todas las actividades y aseguro una experiencia increíble. El personal de limpieza y camareros nos atendieron de maravilla.

Un poco caro las bebidas, que no se encuentran incluidas en el precio.

Aqua of the Seas is a beautiful boat, in a truly stunning place. Tony the bartender and Andy the tour guide were especially wonderful. The room was gorgeous. It was the nicest room we stayed in our entire trip and the food was great.

Just keep in mind that it is not a traditional cruise. You get off the cruise and go onto smaller boats for excursions, so you dont spend as much time one the big boat. If you are expecting a traditional cruise it may not be what you want, but we loved it.The boat was one of the nicer ones on the bay.

Amazing rooms & bathrooms with balcony, they were spacious and clean. Staff were amazing. We were also upgraded to senior suite which was lovely.

Some of the communal spaces could do with a little spruce up, e.g top deck and pool deck, the cushion covers looked a bite dirty and furniture a little worn, but nothing major. Quite a large boat so it’s quite a big group to organise, not an issue for us but worth considering if you want a more intimate experience.

The rooms and boat in general were great.

The food was not very good. Just ok. Drink prices were a little too high.

the boat was beautiful, the rooms and en suite were huge and we loved the big windows overlooking the bay. staff were very attentive. lots of food on offer.

it was a very busy schedule of activities, not much time to chill on board. at our last meal, a waitress came over and asked us to give her a cash tip (even though she had never served us before), this was during our meal which was very off putting.

Day 2 swimming is great as long as you have the confidence to jump off the side of a boat, can spoil it for those that don’t. Tea and Coffee is a additional option with meals, should be included

Transport to and from a disaster. Drinks expensive. Food very average. Rushed schedule. Not as promoted be warned.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the activities involved during the trip.

This was the best part of our entire Vietnam trip of 11 days. Everything was on point and well taken care of. Right from the time of reservation to follow-up by management to the very energetic and enthusiastic staff on the cruise - no complaints. Special thanks to the cruise manager who kept us entertained and informed at all times. His energy and enthusiasm was unmatched. Excellent show Team Aqua of the Sea! Highly recommended this cruise - it's a brand new cruise and the facilities are simply amazing.

Absolutamente todo. Todo el personal encantador y muy amables. Especialmente Kiên ( Daniel) quien estuvo al tanto de todos los detalles en cada momento. Muy recomendable hacer 3D 2N para tener la experiencia completa, pues el segundo día fue el mejor.

De kamers zijn super ruim en de cruise manager is super gezellig en aardig!
