A great place to relax and unwind during (hosting) a wedding weekend. Lots of room and some out of town younger guests really enjoyed the pool area and arcade game! Safe neighborhood & ample parking, good location. Thanks again!

I brought a cheer group to camp and this was a perfect place for us! Lots of room and the pool was so nice.

The pool, back yard with grill and great patio area! The location was fantastic, and had a wonderful time gathering with our family for our son's graduation from TT. Kitchen is lacking a lot of supplies, but the house and pool made up for any short comings, we had a great time!

The house was as described, it was very clean, and the host was responsive. We had a great time and the kids enjoyed playing in the pool. The bedrooms were all a nice size and the back porch was great. Bonuses included two dryers (helps immensely with wet pool towels), 5 parking spots in the back (includes the garage), tons of pantry and cabinet space and the pool towels were provided. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The only downside was that the kitchen did not have a lot of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. and there were only 2 kitchen towels. Overall, a very nice VRBO - I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We were in town for a Graduation and this house was perfect! Our family of 10 had so much fun hanging out in the beautiful pool and playing old school arcade games! We had a few questions and Eric answered them quickly. Clean and Comfy house to stay in!

This house was perfect for a weekend stay in Lubbock! Perfectly stocked house with with every need met. Comfy beds, and spacious house in safe & quiet neighborhood were exactly what we were hoping for and it did not disappoint. The clean, heated pool was the icing on the cake. HIGHLY recommend!

Family stay to celebrate graduation! There was plenty of room for parents, siblings & 2 sets of grandparents in this spacious VRBO. The kids loved having the pool to themselves & the adults loved celebrating our graduate while still having enough space to not feel crowded. Wonderful property. Would book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and it was a great location. Access to the garage for parking was a plus.

This was a great place to stay in Lubbock. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It's very nice with lots of room.

This overall house rental experience was exceptional and will highly recommend we stay at this place again during Tech football season. All amenities were great and the host kept checking in with us to make sure all was good.

The home is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The pool is amazing, warm, and has a very deep end for jumping in. We used the tanning ledge a lot. The backyard is set up so you can serve lunch or snacks on the little bar.
We slept in the master and the bed was very comfortable. The house was clean and well maintained.
