At Ease - 535 Barcelona
At Ease is a large 3-bedroom bayfront beach house. It overlooks Spanish Bay on the East End of Dauphin Island. The property is in a perfect spot to go and enjoy the Sea Lab, Fort Gaines, and a short distance to the very secluded East End Public Beach. It is within a short walking distance of the Audubon bird sanctuary. You may also enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, and crabbing from your private Spanish Bay dock. Water depth at the dock is 10 foot. You are sure to find this to be a special getaway.
The living room has 2-story bay windows that will glisten in the sunsets you're sure to enjoy. It is well-appointed and has been an exclusive private second residence until 2023.
The main bedroom overlooks Spanish Bay. In addition to 3 traditional bedrooms, the home also has a large loft with two additional beds and a sleeper sofa.
The house is connected by a boardwalk to its own private pier. Bring your boat or just hang out. The boat lift is not available for use. You can tie off your boat 21' or less shouldn't have any issues.
As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 20 lb max size, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
