Fabulous fabulous fabulous Swiss House on the Lake!! This property was so much more than we could have asked for! 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms for 5 families (total 18 people) to have their own space. The accommodations and having access to the Margaritaville amenities made this extra special and fun for kids and adults alike! If we needed any extra supplies they were delivered within minutes! Highly recommend!!!

The property manager is great at answering messages and the view is spectacular but otherwise I would pick another property. They changed the check in and check out times on us because of the need for additional time to clean. However, the place was FILTHY. the floors were sticky and definitely not mopped, the bedrooms had food on the floor (so there is no way it had been vacuumed). There were dead bugs on the counter (so obviously that wasn’t wiped down). When I reached out to the manager I was told I should’ve sent the message sooner and they would’ve sent the cleaning crew. So instead of an apology I paid for a cleaning fee and checked in later for a cleaning that didn’t happen. i would’ve had to inconvenience my family by having a crew come back and clean (for the first time) when it all should’ve been done in the first place. The house had great potential but is run down and not updated at all.

When searching for a rental to accommodate over a dozen family members I reviewed a lot of properties. What stood out about this property was the amount of bedrooms, and that each had their own bathroom! Secondary to that was the location - we could see the lake from the multiple back porches, and there was a boat slip easily accessible. The house was just around the corner from the resort, and a few minutes from the "downtown" area and highway. The neighborhood was also fairly quiet. The rooms are spacious - much bigger than any hotel rooms, and each had a balcony to enjoy the view. There is enough parking for four vehicles, and we hardly ever saw any traffic in the neighborhood. Entrance to the house is easy with the keypad, which allowed all of us to have the code so we didn't have to worry about who had the keys. Whenever I had any questions for the property manager, they were answered quickly. We really enjoyed staying at this house and would definitely stay again.

There were 16 of us staying and we all had plenty of room - the bedrooms were on many different levels so lots of stairs but also lots of privacy. The management company was terrific - propane ran out and had a new tank in less than 10 minutes. Appears to be an older home that could use some paint and updating, but overall was perfect for our family.

Had a great time. Place was all we could ask for. Didn’t have any info about the area or our instructions for departure which we have had in the past but all in all a great place!

House was comfortable for three families with plenty of space. All rooms were cool and comfortable. Flexible accomadations with subdivison and Margartitaville resort pool accomodations. Convenient to rent a pontoon boat at the reosrt.
