Achei muito bom os Onsen privativos. Voce consegue fechar e usar apenas para si próprio um onsen bem grande. Eu fui no inverno, então estava nevando bastante. Para chegar lá tive que ir de onibus. Peguei um onibus vindo de Takayama. Demorou cerca de 1 hora e meia. A moça que nos atende é muito esforçada, eu pedi para lavar roupa e por cerca de 500 ienes ela lavou e secou as roupas para mim. O Wifi funciona razoavelmente bem, tinha TV no quarto. O quarto era bem quente. Lugar muito bonito e limpo. Tinha banheiro e chuveiro no quarto e também tinha um roupão de banho para usar dentro do Onsen. Como também toalhas e amenidades.

Apenas achei que pra mim o colchão estava um pouco duro, porque é no chão. Eu pedi pra que colocasse mais um shikifuton para mim, me atenderam prontamente. Tambem achei as comidas um pouco caras pelo que é entregue. Como não tem nenhum kombini por perto deixei comprado comida pra janta e café antes de ir lá.

I like the private outdoor and indoor onsen in the property. Facilities are clean. The lady staff is really nice and polite.

As a traditional Japanese inn this facility has it. However the facility upgrade would make it perfect.

Superbes bains chauds dont on voit l’eau jaillir de la roche. Intime et naturel. Quatre bains, deux à l’intérieur en bois et deux à l’extérieur. Adorable accueil. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Décoration soignée.

Wir sind jetzt seit drei Wochen auf Japanreise, aber nichts hat uns so berührt, wie der Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen Riokan in den Bergen. Die Gastgeber sind so allerliebst, dass einem das Herz aufgeht. Es handelt sich natürlich um ein sehr altes Haus, weswegen ich nicht alle Punkte für Komfort gegeben habe, was sich aber von selbst versteht. Wenn man auf einem Futon schläft und sich auf ein altes Haus einlässt, dann kann man nicht den Komfort eines fünf Sterne Hotels verlangen. Das Essen war ebenfalls einzigartig, aber eigentlich will ich nicht zu viel verraten - das würde es kaput machen.

Die lange Anfahrt von Takayama muss man auf sich nehmen. Sie dauert 1,5 Stunden mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof und führt einen immer weiter hinauf in die Berge. Wenn man an der Station H 55 aussteigt, dann steht man direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben die Busfahrt mit den schönen Blicken auf den Herbstwald mit roten Blättern sehr genossen

Very nice ryokan with 4 private onsen (2 outside) and one shared onsen. Big beautiful rooms and private dining areas. Everything you might need for bathing is provided. Lovely, helpful hostess who speaks great English. She was waiting for me at the bus stop , which is next to the house. She was flexible with me changing times for breakfast and very helpful in general. Tastefull food that you can choose from a menu. 12 minute bus ride (every hour) to the Nishihotake Ropeway Station that gets you up the mountains, from where great views if the weather permits. From there it’s also possible to do a shorter or longer hike, I did the 2km, but rather steep climb to the Nishiho Hut. I walked back, but it’s also possible to hike 4km to Kamikochi and take a bus back. Recommend!

The hotel is located 30 min from Kamikochi bus stop, near a thermal water source. The hotel has 3 different onsen baths that you can reserve and are private, beautiful. We tried also the dinner and it was a well served Japanese style dinner with fish and vegetables. The owner is very kind and in case she is speaking English!

The private hot spring allows my tattooed husband to enjoy with me and my son at anytime we want. The staff prepared HALAL HIDA BEEF and HALAL BREAKFAST as we requested prior to our arrival. They also helped me to pay the luggage delivery from osaka as i didnt pay in previous hotel. I pay it upon arrival.

this was my favorite stay in Japan! such a gorgeous location, which is conveniently located right beside the bus stop, and surrounded by gorgeous mountains. the host was such a lovely person and helped to rearrange my dates as a typhoon meant I couldn’t get to Hakuunsou on time! also the host made me delicious meals every day and was so helpful. my room was very clean and really beautiful with gorgeous views of the mountains. the onsens in the property are fantastic too! I can’t recommend enough.
