Hemos reservado en este apartamento y la verdad fue una decisión muy acertada, por el precio pensábamos que no era verdad, pero nos llevamos una grata sorpresa, esta muy bien equipado, en un sector muy tranquilo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia.

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, está muy bien equipado, es muy cómodo y acogedor, tuvimos la suerte de estrenar el sofá y el aire acondicionado que según nos comentó el anfitrión, cambiaron antes de nuestra llegada, nos recibieron con botella de vino, gesto que nos agradó bastante ya que veníamos de un viaje largo, en general el complejo es bastante seguro y puedes gozar de muchas comodidades, muchas gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones de las experiencias mas agradables, sin duda volveríamos.

The pool wasn’t clean

I liked that it was in a gated community

All the issues we had. It was not fair my kids were crying the whole trip. The toilet didn’t flush. We had to use a bucket to flush the toilet. We found hair in the shower in both bathrooms. The tv is so small and hard to watch from the couch. The washing machine and dryer is a nightmare. The owner ( which they live in the villa) are annoyed that the host is renting the villa and bringing different guests all the time. So, they will make sure you check out early and end up Living your villa. They gave instruction to empty the pool because we were using it. They will look at us weird and intimidated my kids. They didn’t wants us there. They even sent security because we were listening to music (small JBL speaker). We were told they had issue with the neighbors and they always do that to the guest. The house was too hot and we couldn’t even use the pool for 3 days. It was my worst stay and feel really bad that our entire vacation was ruined . In top of that the host didn’t want to refund me the rest of my stay. She charged me the whole stay even though we left because she failed to provide the amenities that she promised online. My heart is broken that I ruined my family’s vacation. It’s so unfair I was charged for the whole stay . We didn’t leave because change of plan WE LEFT BACAUSE ALL THE ISSUES WE FOUND ABD BECAUSE WE COULDN’T USE THE POOL OR Have a family bbq because the guys and the old woman that live there send them guards to stop the music and to empty the pool because they feel disgusted .

This property was amazing and far surpassed my expectations for the price point! the property is basically an apartment/villa (one of 4 apartments in the same villa) there is a lovely shared pool (no one else used it when we were there) my children loved it. The host Diana was lovely and even comped 50% off our first night after we arrived a day late which I thought was very kind - thank you Diana! the caretakers, Walvin and his wife were very helpful and responsive to any needs. The setting, inside Club Metro a private community with Golf Club is very, very, secure and very nice - all in all, it was an amazing stay - you will need a vehicle as it's not close enough to the beach or shops to walk.

No everything was perfect for the price point in fact better than expected
