One of our best vacation rental experiences ever. Martin is a brilliant host - kind, prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. Though the kitchen is very basic, this charming suite (a 15 second walk from the Grand Canal) is thoughtfully, imaginatively and generously outfitted with just about anything you might need. And there are tons of lovely books in multiple languages. If Venice wasn't so alluring I would have stayed in and looked at them all. We would happily visit again.

What a charming space in the heart of Venice! Martin was terrific with communication: directions/vaporetto #'s to location, restaurants, grocery and attractions, even completed the tourist tax exempt form for us. He met us at the property and went over everything, handed keys. We were greeted with fresh fruit, plenty of teas/coffees with filtered water jug as well. The space is basically a well equipped studio w/small fridge, washer and lovely outdoor patio garden. Super comfy king bed and furniture!! Robes and plenty of toiletries for your stay. Wifi is spotty and there is no TV if that's a need. There's so much to see and do you won't miss not having one, I promise! Perfect for a romantic getaway to Venice! ❤️ Absolutely would stay again!

The location is ideal a few minutes from San Marco and the Accademia and close to a vaporetto stop with easy access to the airport. Martin was a most congenial host meeting us on the dock and responding quickly to questions. The decor is comfortable and luxurious. This is a true rental by owner rather than the more usual sterile apartments rented out by real estate companies. Minimal cooking options with a small refrigerator appropriate for breakfast but not much else.

Easy walking access to everything Venice has to offer. The location is charming, pedestrian, and uniquely Venusian. The hosts were very good communicators and offered information that I didn’t even know I needed.. and reflecting back that was so critical to our arrival and departure planning. We were treated with a thunder and lightning storm the evening of our arrival but had it persisted much longer it would have been a nightmare, and for our hosts, protecting their property was critical as the city was flooded.., and their lovely private patio was 4 inches deep wit water.. requiring some interventions to protect doorways and the shower drain. Fascinating! But this did not detract in any from our Stay. By morning the water had drained properly. The espresso machine was charming and we made the best cappuccino in our room. No reason to cook but some cheese and fresh bread, bountiful wine choices from nearby were easily stored in the little fridge. This is an ancient building restored and decorated with good taste. No electric outlets in the bathroom., but was able to dry my hair in the bedroom. This is quaint, charming , clean and unique. 10 out of 10 for us. Bathroom was unique and small but meticulously clean.

We couldn’t have been happier with the apartment and the hospitality! The location is perfect- 25 feet from the Grand Canal. The apartment was large, tastefully decorated and the garden was beautiful. Hope to stay there again very soon!

Pretty much perfect if you are looking for a very comfortable and very clean landing spot for when you are resting and relaxing from your enjoyment of the town. Attentive host; so easy to find, and a great launch point for all of your on-foot (and in-boat) destinations.

The place was very clean and cute! Lots of room. Though the bathroom is very tiny. The manager went over and above to help us book accommodations when we stayed! We would definitely stay here again!! I highly recommend! Bed was very comfortable!

This apartment was right near everything we were planning to see in Venice. The host was absolutely amazing and helped us out with directions for the waterbus and suggestions for restaurants! Best experience of our trip so far!

The property was in a superb location and value for money was outstanding. A short walk to st Marks Square. Property was delightful and had all we needed. Also the courtyard outside the bedroom was a lovely surprise. The host Martin was very helpful and organised our private taxi before we arrived. All in all I can’t recommend this host and property high enough.

Ideal central location in Venice, yet tucked away on a quiet walkway. We found the apartment very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The host was so friendly and provided helpful recommendations for our visit. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Martin was an excellent host, great communication. The apartment is located right in the center and within walking distance to all the sights. Everything is decorated with fine taste. I can only recommend it.

Martin was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. His apartment was perfect both in presentation and location, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for any more from either him or his lovely apartment. He sorted our transfer from airport to house, met us on arrival (10:00 at night!) and sorted a rather complicated transfer back to airport for us on departure. Would definitely recommend, thanks again Martin, you were brilliant!

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. We can’t recommend it highly enough. The apartment is really close to the main attractions yet is on a quiet street. The decor is just beautiful and the host Martin is really helpful - communication was great and everything went smoothly.

Great location away from all the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything

This apartment is well situated near San Marco but far enough to get out of the hubbub of the piazza. Martin, the host, made us feel welcomed by meeting us at the San Giglio boat dock and showing us to the apartment. I mention this because we saw other visitors lugging suitcases in a frustrated search for their lodgings. Overall it is the location that makes this apartment standout.

Very tasteful apartment. We were very comfortable - super clean. Steps from the water taxi dock. Easy walking distance to all of the must do spots yet quiet at the apartment.

We loved our overnight stay here in Venice! The apartment was divine -decorated beautifully, spotless, and with a lovely outside garden patio right outside our door! The best part was the way our host -Martin- communicated so well with us the entire time immediately after booking. He shared great directions upon arrival, told us which water bus to take, gave us restaurant suggestions, and was just a pleasure to coordinate with! Martin, the host, was so friendly and accommodating. Communication was great. He even gave us a list of good restaurants to try out. The place itself was very clean and a good size for the two of us. The decor was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again!

This is probably the most beautiful and most comfortable apartment we've ever stayed in in Venice. Our host, Martin, was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is perfect as you are so close to the Grand Canal and all the restaurants and attractions. Yet it's very quiet and peaceful. We can not recommend it highly enough!

We liked everything, the mini apartment it’s cozy with super details, bed is good, the decoration is with style. You can use a terrace and the view for the canal ist amazing. Super central because you can do everything by foot. Martin was very helpful and super host. Highly recommend.

Our host Martin went far and beyond his duties. He was extremely kind, thoughtful and generous! Because of his hospitality , our stay in Venice was the highlight of our European vacation. He thought of everything and made sure we had all we could possibly need in our stay including coffee, fruit and Prosecco! The location was amazing. The apartment and garden were like a dream. This was a perfect stay in Venice. The host met us at the Alilaguna stop to help us find the apartment and provided restaurant recommendations, assistance with transportation. The apartment was lovely. Beautifully decorated, good air conditioning, and a great courtyard. Close to everything. Highly recommend this host and property.
