Before arrival La Terrazza provided me with information relevant to a successful stay in Arezzo, it included recommended restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, things to do, transportation, emergency numbers, etc. The B&B is tastefully decorated, close to the train station, restaurants, museums and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to take a warm shower after a full day of sightseeing. The AC worked well and the breakfast was delicious and custom made, I don't have special dietary needs but they asked if I did in case they needed to make accommodations.
Wifi was a bit spotty.

A delightful welcome on arrival and a choice of rooms. We opted for an older fashioned, larger room looking out at the city rather than at the street.
The bed was really comfortable.
Breakfast was adequate and delivered by a lovely lady who did a great job of servicing the room while we were out.
We would definitely return here.
There were no drawers to unpack clothes into.

I could not sleep until 2-3 AM due to the noisy from street. There was no desk in the room.

Nice views from room balcony, breakfast is had there, so very enjoyable. Staff was super helpful and kind.
Very good location, close to central station, supermarkets and places to eat; and a short walk to Piazza Grande and oldtown.
Street a tiny bit noisy on Friday evening, only with the balcony doors open; but expected on summer, and not until very late.

Very nice location, between most of the historical center attractions and the train station.

- Bed was very comfortable
- Bathroom was spacious and shower had good pressure

La Terrazza was conveniently located in relation to the train station as well as shops, restaurants, and the historic portion of Arezzo. We had an absolutely lovely stay there! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was wonderful! More than we could eat!
The furniture in the room sat very low to the ground and being the age we are, we had difficulty getting out of the chair and off the sofa.

La Terazza . A strikingly modern spacious 5th floor room with an amazing view of the San Francesco Church. The facilities were very good. In the morning I got served an excellent breakfast on the large balcony with a brilliant view of Arrezo. The owner spoke very good English and was very friendly and chatty. I would recommend.

Huge room and great bed with lovely linen. Fabulous breakfast and staff.
The bathroom needs some attention to details that need minor repairs.

The location is great and the place feels very secure, with three locked barriers before getting to my room lock. The staff were great and check-in and check-out were simple. The room was a reasonable size. The bathroom was large and the shower cabinet was sufficiently large.
The WiFi mostly didn't work. IP configuration failure. I did reset the router at one point and that solved the problem, for a short period. The shower cubicle had nowhere to place toiletries. There is a TV in the room, but I'm not sure if it is connected to a broadcast signal. I could only find the option of casting from a device. The are few options for charging devices.

Great location an easy walk from the train station with luggage. Paola upgraded us to a suite and the view of all of Arezzo was amazing. The bed in the suite was very comfortable.

La Terrazza is located on the top floor with an elevator and the room had a balcony with an exceptional view of Arezzo and its towers and beyond. The room is large with a full size sofa in addtion to the bed and a large screen TV. The bathroom was spacious with a large rainfall shower. The breakfast was brought to your room and had more than enough to eat with fruit, yogurt, bread and pastries, coffee and juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all communication was timely and helpful. I wished I had booked another night! It is also in a central location to town and the train station.

Perfect location in Arezzo, owner and staff knowleadgable and very kind. Confortable room and complete breakfast. Overdeliver! Highly reccommended.

It was quite clean and breakfast was fine. Although we'd have appreciated a second cup of coffee. Our bed was very comfortable.
The nasty smell of stale cigarette smoke. The room was pretty small and looked different from the pictures posted.
