We travelled to the property only to find that it was a very run down apartment building where it looked like people had permanent rooms rented. We rang the call bell but no one came to meet us, even though we arrived within half an hour of the arranged time. There were signs on the outside door telling people not to use the rooms as urinals. There was rubbish outside also. We did not feel that this would be a property where we would feel safe to leave our luggage or where we would feel safe staying the night. We had to make other arrangements for the night.
