This hotel offers an okay location, with the underground station just a 10-minute walk away. Please note that breakfast is not included. The host's responses are satisfactory. While it may not be extravagant, it provides a decent and budget-friendly option for your stay.

One significant disadvantage of this hotel was my visit coinciding with a heatwave. Unfortunately, the windows in the hotel only opened a tiny gap, and air-conditioning was not provided. What was even more frustrating was the absence of fans upon our arrival. Despite contacting the host, the fans were only provided the following day at 10 p.m. The stifling heat made it impossible to sleep comfortably, forcing me to spend three nights in the living room, which was the coolest area. Additionally, the toilet door lacked a lock, and the bedroom door handle was missing, despite the host's attempts to rectify these issues. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

This was booked for a work trip after travelling for 5 hours and then working a full day, we went to collect the keys for the woman to tell us that we were at the wrong accommodation- to send us to another accommodation 30 minutes away (even though we had the correct address as per the confirmation) as soon as we got to the other place she then called us to say we were at the right accommodation in the first place! When we got back to the first apartment- there was someone leaving the property with a suitcase, so clearly the apartment wasn't ready for us and it was some sort of stalling tactic. Completely unacceptable when we advised the time we would be arriving, and when we arrived it was after the time we advised so in no way should the apartment not have been ready. The apartment itself was clean, presentable and nicely decorated- however the latch on the door was not secure so it wouldn't be hard for someone to break in. I wouldn't return to this apartment- which is a shame as we have a lot of work in the area and would of used the accommodation frequently if we hadn't of had these issues.

The hassle at the very start- being lied to about the accommodation not ready for stay at check in, and sending us across to another part of London to then drive back. Disgraceful.
