Label your food if it is necessary for you and dispose or give away after checking out 4. Keep quiet after 10pm till 7am 5. No pets and party permitted 6. Regarding to the cleaning, we look after the common area and you look after your room. Yellow bin outside is for recycled item, Red bin is for general rubbish. If your food contains liquid, please seal them properly before dispose.

That the vendor interrupt the morning shag session

Exactly what I needed as it was only used for sleeping the night. Clean room and facilities. Comfy bed. Close to where I needed to be. (Test Cricket at The GABBA). Great communication with the owners on self bookin to get keys and any questions I had were answered quickly.

Parking was very tight, only really room for 3 cars Max, no more without blocking others in if they need to get out. Thankfully, I parked next to the entrance gate and was able to leave around 6am. If you can use public transport to get there, do that.

Couldn't find a better place for the price! Perfect no frills place to spend a night or two on your way through Brisbane, especially with the key box for late check ins 😊

Very conveniently located and budget friendly. The lodgings are comfortable and clean. The staff were an absolute delight to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, I even slept in past checkout time and they were very understanding and accomodating. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

A little noisy but it only takes a quick google search to figure out it’s on a main road so nothing that’s not expected.

Staff eating at table in kitchen on arrival. Room not ready at 2pm whole fridge loaded with their food. Cooked chicken legs left on kitchen bench and horrible Chinese food smell in common area. Unkept lawn garden full of weeds and rubbish
