We're very pleased attendant was very professional, helpful, assisted us thoroughly.

The staff was not attentive and did not show any interest in my problems I had during my stay. My niece threw up in the bed and on the pillows. I went down to the office and told the staff and the lady gave me a sheet and told me that I could change it myself. I reminded her that the pillows got messed up as well and she told me that she would try to find me some. Some time went by and I never saw her. So I went down to the office again to see her and the breakfast lady just talking And on their phones. So I didn’t bother to say anything else to them. Not one day that we were there housekeeping came by. We never had trash bags and our trash cans and the refrigerator didn’t work.

Please consider your choice when you are making this reservation. My husband woke up to German Roaches crawling on him and I also encountered (3) roaches while getting dressed the same morning. Because we didn't take pictures and document the roaches, the hotel wasn't willing to compensate our $112 stay or discount us at all. I spoke to both the manager Nichole and her desk clerk (said her name was Kelly) We live in south Louisiana, I totally get it, but when I bring a concern to your attention, please don't respond that I should have taken pictures. I am not a complainer by far, but I am sorry, take responsibility for your hotel and your actions. You have an exterminator that came in a few days ago, so this is likely calling out all bugs. But I shouldn't be subject to this type of service or disgusting bugs! And don't blame me for your service issues or hospitality. Customer Service is #1 or is it.

The actual room was really good. The front desk service was not.

Our stay was ok. We had very loud neighbors until about 4:30am the 1st night of our 2 night stay. As well as someone was smoking on our floor.
Our 2nd night was better however.

Stayed during Mardi Gras, staff was nice, room was clean and beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast❣️

Nice fairly new hotel. Room decor and layout was trendy and above expectations for a comfort inn. Great location near restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this hotel. Price was good as well

I booked because of the indoor pool as it’s posted and pics show but it was not an inside pool. And I got a knock on my door from a rude neighbor demanding I turn the tv down and it was only on 16.

Everything was great! The only issue we had was no trash bags in the trash cans.
But the employees were great, very professional amd friendly!!! The rooms were very clean!

Breakfast was a big part of choosing this property...but breakfast was a disappointment. Watery microwave eggs, that I watched the staff make and pour water off of them from a pan into the trash. Coffee was bitter and not good. Other than the breakfast...everything else about the stay was EXCELLENT!!!

Really enjoyed our stay the only down fall was the indoor pool area not being closed in .It was to cold to enjoy the pool on the rainy day the plan was for the kids to be able to swim .

Nothing against the hotel because they didn't do anything wrong but your website and the confirmation email stated check out was at noon yet the front desk called at 11:30 saying I had to check out by 11:00. That was extremely inconvenient especially considering I was in the middle of a conference call at work

Arrived to check in at 3.30 to chaotic scenes, as there were people waiting to check in, as roomed weren’t ready. I finally got in my room at 4,45.
The coffee machine, fridge and microwave didn’t work, but air worked out the appliances were OK, but the power point into which they were plugged was not. The aircon unit didn’t turn off.
I told a man at the desk of the fault in the room, he really couldn’t care less, and didn’t register it as something that should concern him at all. At checkout, the woman asked how was my stay,..I replied “not good”. She didn’t even have the skills/courtesy to ask why, or how could things be done better. Awful customer service.
Breakfast was basic, but the rooms were well decorated.

It was an overall great place to stay at very nice hotel

The rooms were not properly cleaned as I found a roach in the bathroom upon arrival. Upon checkout, the hotel clerk called and stated I left a shoe under the bed which was not my shoe, leading me to believe the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The room was overall muggy and we have to request a dehumidifier, which was extremely loud and the hose was set in the sink to drain (unsanitary). For the price of this room, I expected much more...at least a clean room. I feel congested after staying in this room and believe it was the overall condition of the room and hotel that caused it. One last thing, I was notified two days prior to arrival that the hotel would be under renovation. This late notification caused other hotels to be unavailable, forcing me to stay at this hotel. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked with this hotel because it was nice and I stayed there before but when I checked in they asked me to pay 20 extra dollars and I asked if it was on the website he said no I said I didn't think so then I asked if they had breakfast he said just pick up things like fruit or cereal I said ok so I checked in and I get a room and the tv wasn't working I called the front desk to ask him what was wrong with it he tells me oh yeah we been having problems with some of the TV's I said well what I'm suppose to do because I'm not about to jump sit in here like this so he changed my room
