The response of the owner whenever you need some information is very quick and positive.
2)when you step out of the apartment buses are available every after 7minutes.
3)it’s a resedential area so there is no noice at all .
4) the house is so neat and I love the bathroom more .

A tour guide map and the bus numbers that take you different places easily would make it easy for some people .

Very clean and quiet. Nice facilities. Includes amenities (coffee, tea, soap). Easy to park the car in the street.
Keys codes didn't arrive on time and I had to call for them. However once called the host was very quick and I was in the room in less than a minute. No tube station nearby.

It was nice and mostly had what we needed
This is just a personal thing. I would’ve just liked some kitchen condiments to help if we were cooking. Like oil salt and pepper. I went and got some which isn’t an issue but it would’ve been nice if it was there.

Slight blip with the key on arrival but this was sorted quickly. I received texts asking if everything was ok which I appreciated
The property was clean and was off a high finish. The shower was excellent and the area was very quiet

L'établissement retenu n'était pas disponible car il était en travaux lorsque nous sommes arrivés au jour et à l'heure indiqué. De plus le logement ne pouvait accueillir que 2 adultes contrairement ce qui était marqué dans le descriptif.
L'hôte a proposé d'attendre pour trouver une solution pour un autre appartement. Après une première proposition dont on a pas su pourquoi elle n'a pu correspondre, l'hôte nous a emmené en voiture à une nouvelle adresse sans explication et en arrivant nous nous sommes rendu compte que nous étions très éloigné de l'autre appartement et de Londres.
Du fait de ce changement très imprévu et non négocié nous nous sommes trouvés très éloigné du centre de Londres et en fait du motif de notre séjour.
Il faut rajouter que ce fait a eu un impact sur les dépenses et le temps lié aux déplacements et de ne pouvoir déjeuner à la chambre. L'hôte nous a proposé une remise.

Good location and spacious apartment
1. Smelt like cannabis when we walked in
2.Noisy people upstairs. Clearly a party happening. Loud music, people arguing and smoking in the building. Lasted till 6am. When I told the owner he said he would have a word with them but Sunday night wasn’t the best either
3. Bed is rock solid. Not comfortable at all
4.Overall would not recommend. Unless the owner can monitor guests I wouldn’t recommend.

About the apartment I stayed in London Sleephouse, I did a last minute booking which took me less than few minutes to arrive as the location was so accessible I was checked in and the environment was so nice as was advertised with an orthopaedic bed and the reception was amazing from the host.

The size was pretty decent.
When we first arrived the smell when we opened the door was disgusting.
There was another persons clothes in the draws.
The fridge has gone off food & milk in it (we later found out that was the smell)
There was no towels, toilet paper or remote for the TV.
No cooker, only a double hob.
No cutlery, 1 mug, no glasses.
The fan for the hob didn’t work but luckily we can cook so we didn’t need it.
When we shut the curtains in the bedroom, a load of paint came off the ceiling where there is clearly damp.
The bed was ROCK hard so we didn’t sleep well at all.
Overall, for £90 a night it was absolutely disgusting. Definitely wouldn’t pay £90 a night. £50 very maximum.
We definitely won’t be returning.
