Super low rate. Worked out for 1 night. Supposed to have two queen beds. Only had 1 king bed available.

The owner or lady working the front was nothing but RUDE, inconsiderate, and in accommodating. Would NOT recommend a stay here.

1st room was occupied. 2nd room had loose toilet not connected to floor amd leaked when flushed. Smelled awful

This motel is on the older side of town, the area itself was decent. I didnt see anything that screed unsafe or that my stuff would get stolen. The motel itself is super run down, like really run down. At first glance it i second guessed if it was worth it. There isnt anyone at the front desk, they lock the door and you have to press a doorbell and i dont think they hear it because i had to actually call them to check in and then again when my key stopped working. The bed was comfortable but i wasnt confident that it had been cleaned well. No bugs but for a nonsmoking room it sure did smell. Lots of flies, dead and alive. No ice machine. All in all it was overpriced for what it is

The bathroom was full of flies. The bathtub was old and not very good condition.

The first room we got was smelly, the shower had a big hole on the wall. The tap water was brown for 15 seconds straight. The second room was slightly better.

It was a awesome stay

The outside is pretty run down looking. The inside is less than ideal, but you could tell there was an attempt to clean. It is mostly dated and I would use it for a family vacation or romantic getaway, but it will do for a roof over your head and a decent bed.

There was bugs I couldn’t shower the faucet was broken. it smelled weird

The things were stopped up not only in bathroom sink but in bathtub my friend thought he fixed the sink took it apart got all kinds of stuff out of there and that night it was clogged up again they don't have maintenance on the weekends and if you have an issue with like hotels.com they act like it's not their problem. They kind of only sing like their concerned about your money going into their pocket everything else is none of their concern it seems because two doors down the AC doesn't work half the lights don't work in their room and a few other things and these people are still charging full price for that room and the AC does not work so it's laid back here don't get me wrong but if you're looking for customer service this is not the place

Super sketchy location, do not believe the photos. The room was dirty. Stains on everything. Shower/tub was dirty. Sink faucet was broken. Only saving grace was the a/c was super cold.

Owner was nice but the hotel was old and really needed an update

Reasonable for the price. Its a place to flop if thats all you want. Rooms smell like masked cigarettes but are clean. Convenient to main street and many amenities.

Check in was quick and easy hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping (Angie) was very professional and friendly when servicing our room.

The outside is like something from the apocolypse. Holes bigger than china, cracks like the grand canyon on the staircase and the whole outside is filthy. A bag of garbage was set outside the day we arrived and is still there the night before we leave. The inside is okay, half the plugs dont work and the TV remote doesnt work. We asked for fresh towels a few times and never got them. We did get a new fridge upon request, the first one leaked and didnt work. The shower heats up fast but the tub barely drains and the wall was chipping apart. Overall, I will never stay here again.

Wanted $100 for my two dogs to stay two nights. I didn’t stay there. It was unsafe looking. I stayed at Motel 6 & my dogs stayed for free. I don’t recommend Budget Inn

For the price, I was very pleased. From the outside, it looked a bit questionable, but the room itself was very clean & updated. I was particularly impressed with my own little kitchenette with mni-fridge AND electric stove.

Staff was nice but it rained and my window leaked and there was a rodent in my room

The staff making comments inappropriate in front of my children such as crackhead and me always being high the bathtub drain did not work water was brown kept saying I would get a plumber finally come day 3 and still wasn't fixed

Overall it was quiet and well managed. The area is not great but there was no outrageous activity.

The room had a strong cleanser odor, the tub wouldn’t drain the shower water.
