Excellent communication from the host re access and getting to the location. I had travelled by train and the accommodation is about 25 minutes walk away but a bus is available from outside the station. The accommodation was equipped with everything you'd need and was spotlessly clean and well furnished. A lovely hot shower too. I had a really comfortable stay and thought it was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

Perfect for a stay after a night out in Kidderminster- only wish we’d spent more time there as it was absolutely lovely. Perfect bathroom facilities and all the accounts logged in to the TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc). There was a handy guide on arrival on how everything worked.

It was nice homely feel instead of corporate hotel type stay and host was friendly an professional great stay all round

Unusually, I was traveling by myself, so I was prepared for some basic accommodation. However, this property is high class, spacious, well furnished and very clean. The kitchen was a bonus (which I didn’t really use), there was comfortable seating and a table. The bathroom was as good as I’ve seen anywhere, so all in all top marks for Rob and Andrea. Location was also important for me. I was traveling from Manchester to Brecon so it was an idea place to break up the journey.

My only issue was the height of the bed. I’m tall and the bed is low, so getting in and then out was a bit of a task. However, it was very comfortable, cosy and warm.
