Close to the town, great price
Tired decor, smelt a bit damp

Location is amazing and the views from the living room are enchanting. Not only is Hastings a lovely place to visit, but this flat is well equipped and spotless. Communication with host was prompt and effective and instructions are clear and detailed about everything you can possibily need. The place is very quiet and the area very safe to walk around. Our bed was extremely comfy and a tv set both in the living room as in the bedroom was appreciated!
Maybe a softer couch as we didn't use it as a bed but was not so comfortable to be sitting on either.

Good apportioned room sizes, the view from lounge. Comfortable bed and customised furnishings.
Bathroom and kitchen require further modernisation. Wall mounted electrical heaters not effective.
