Perfect for a little family night away, ideal with a kitchen a lounge space to relax.

It is a little further to walk with little legs but if you know Liverpool it’s not too bad at all.

Spacious, comfortable, great location and great value. Loved having full kitchen for a week long stay. Would have given this 10 rating except for the fan / A/C issue.

Hotel was all you could ask for, except the A/C does not work. Asked hotel staff 3 times for a fan. They brought in maintenance the first morning and then zero communication on when it would be fixed. Asked for a fan and got a heater. In a week, the A/C was not fixed, no fan brought, even though 3 different people said they would bring one. If it were summer, it would have been unbearable. Luckily, it was a cool week for the most part

Location was perfect..very clean.

Spare bed in the sitting room was hard to pull out and the frame was actually damaged/broken. Toilet didn't flush properly so with kids it was a nightmare, luckily we were only staying 1 night.

Unpleasant smell in the room, window wouldn't close properly, noisy, no sound-proofing, toilet was difficult to flush, dirty rugs

Heating wasn’t working. Shower broken and unusable. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed if I could have taken a shower. No tea towel to dry pots. No lighting in 2nd shower. No hand wash in bathrooms. Not enough coat hangers/missing. No scissors in cutlery drawer.

Very clean and well presented apartment. Excellent bathroom and shower with plenty of towels! Well equipped for our 1 night stay. Sofa bed in the lounge was a bonus for an afternoon nap in front of the tv. T

The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t a plug and mirror together for me to dry my hair but other than that not would definitely book again.

The bedding for the sofa bed wasn’t clean and the sofa had quite a few marks/stains on it

It had everything and was nicely done.

Bed settee was very small it’s only designed for one person. The bed linen wasn’t clean. Lots of dark hairs over the sheets and pillar cases.

Location was suitable

Toilet flush was faulty upon arrival - raised to the apartment via message and they were unable to help. It was intermittent so it managed to flush after ten minutes on this occasion but it happened several times during the stay and the period where we couldn't flush grew longer. In the morning it did not flush at all which was really inconvenient The property was very worn down with noticeable wear and tear - stains, scuffs everywhere.   There was a bin in the kitchen which had been severely damaged and taped up, this shows the level of care for the property when it would cost £10 to replace? The window in kitchen does not shut - safety concern Bedroom is incredibly small   We raised our concerns during our stay and the property failed to address these. We raised them further following our stay and again further failed to rectify this   More than happy for the apartment to reach out to me to try and resolve this

The property is centrally located and very near to Liverpool’s high street, train station and waterfronts, there is a bedroom and kitchen / living area (albeit the latter is down a flight of stairs)

It was very cold despite increasing the temperature on the thermostat and one of the chairs had a wonky leg There is no breakfast as it is rented workhouse but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance

It was beautifully designed, comfy and extremely welcoming

The plug in the bathroom sink was stuck in the plug hole so that caused a little problem and the heating system was a little complicated
