It was truly the perfect house for our small family get together of 6 adults,1 kiddo, and 1 dog. The house has been recently updated, with no noticeable wear and tear on the furniture or ping pong table or any of the other countless amenities. Well stocked kitchen, great outdoor grill and propane fire table, and the outdoor chairs and table are polywood and in perfect shape. The house is in a wonderful little neighborhood, nice and quiet and close to everything, perfect for long morning dog walks. We were treated to deer casually strolling through the yard at all times of day. Really, the house is just phenomenal, and the VPMS team sent us clear communication leading up to, and throughout our stay to make things super simple and streamlined and effortless. I can't say enough good things about this entire experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone. Very convenient location, close to everything. Clean and spotless, fully stocked, and great amenities. Best property in Massanutten. We'll be back!!!

We had an amazing stay for a 4 day mini vacation over the July 4th Holiday. The house was well taken care of, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Great setup for family gathering and the location was ideal to get to everything we had planned for our trip! The corn hole boards, ping pong, arcade area, games, etc…. made for lots of fun during our stay. Sadly it was too hot to partake in the hot tub! Everything was in great working order and made for a smooth vacation! Thanks again for opening your home to families in need of a getaway! For those that would like a great restaurant to visit, we highly recommend “Hanks Bar & Grille”. Delicious food, great staff and about 10 minutes from the house.

Stayed at the Mosaic House for 3 nights. 4 families; 8 adults + 4 kids (13,10, 8 & 5 yrs). It was PERFECT and everyone had so much fun at the house and the area. Rain or sunny, you have something fun to do. Kids enjoyed their play room downstairs and in the garage where you can find something fun to play, also adults enjoyed outside sitting by fire pit, hot tub and playing in the garage as well. The area has so many activities for any ages!! The house was clean and you have EVERYTHING you need, in the kitchen and the bathrooms. This Mosaic House is one of most prepared for any activities, and for any ages so far I've rented. Just a little friendly reminder, you see the bugs, bc you are staying in the woods, and that's the nature. You just need to prepare the bugs spray or/and fog spray. That's all! Communication with the VPMS team was great! Quick response, very helpful and friendly. It was VERY sweet of them that there was a welcome card, especially it was handwriting with my name on it. It made me smile!! Thank you!! Would love to go back again someday!

This is the best VRBO I have rented. The house was clean, well stocked and very nice. I will definitely stay again!

The mosaic house is the perfect mountain get away for the whole family, even the dog! It is spacious providing spaces for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. From the home theater system and arcade in the basement to the garage bar and the hot tub there is something for everyone! There are multiple tv’s to relax to or many areas to socialize in with plenty of room for a whole family or several friends to stay comfortably. The house is clean and well maintained and decorated with beautiful unique art. There are lots of places to hike, ski, golf and explore locally but the mosaic house is such a wonderful place to stay you won’t want to leave!

Mosaic House was a perfect choice for our spring break family get together. We were lucky to have beautiful weather but if you have a rainy day, no problem, there is SO MUCH STUFF to keep every age group entertained! We will definitely be coming back !

Five stars…everything we needed. Enough space for everyone.
