The shower, water goes all over the bathroom floor. Not save can fall in the bathroom because of the water.

Close to the ford center for the concert. Plus Jack in the box right next door!

I really liked how close it was to the venue I was going to. When I arrived in my room, my sheets were dirty but the staff was quick to take care of that fast

Everything was absolutely perfect! Front Desk staff, cleanliness, quality, surrounding area. Extremely convenient with pizza place across the parking lot and walking distance to the Ford Idaho Center. Thank you for such a great visit!

Extremely busy, high traffic area. Construction machinery take over the parking lot at night, it may have been a temporary thing but it was supper inconvenient. The staff was great all around and the area was new-clean ( in fact is new)

Beds were a bit hard. Other than that it was a terrific stay

In for the Chris Stapleton concert. Access to the venue was a breeze!

Quick overnight stay before heading to Oregon. Everything was lovely except I did notice the floor needed to be mopped. Several old spills still visible on the floor. Other than that the room was comfortable and spacious room.

Great option for extended stay. Easy access off the freeway.

Good location good price, can be noisy with nearby idaho center and rodeo, did not bother me. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Shower flow was low and hard to adjust very limited spray angle. Lot of cut rate feel, no dish soap for kitchen sink, no tissue box only toilet paper. No real creamer for down stairs coffee they ran out towards end of week, limited free coffee made in the morning. Floor 2 smelled like rotten trash in the hallway glad I was on 4. Place could be great if it was better appointed should be doable for $150 a night

The convenience of the location.

Chose too stay here for the weekend due to the price appearing reasonable and within my family’s price range. Basic hotel without all the extras. Grounds and room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a mini fridge. There was a small patio area in the back with bbq grill’s and cornhole boards. They do not offer breakfast but had a nice pantry with a decent selection of options to purchase. We felt it was worth what we paid and would be willing to come back.

Our stay was wonderful! We had driven from the coast of NC on our way to the coast of WA . When we arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful. There were guests chilling out in the “game area” enjoying themselves and being a bit loud, later we realized they were next door to us, but the rooms are so well made that we never heard them. We couldn’t find anything, not one thing, negative to say about this hotel. In fact, we’re going to stay there on the return trip!

The property we stayed at didn’t have a garden, but it had an awesome BBQ/Grill/Out Door area! Our stay wasn’t long enough to use it, however it was really nice! The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly! You couldn’t ask for better service. The room was clean, quiet, and I would feel safe if I were traveling alone. The area has several places to eat within walking distance. Most importantly it’s worth the price! The room is like a studio apartment.

Great value for the money! Convenient to Ford Idaho Center. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the full kitchen was great to have. Laundry on site was a plus. Be aware that since this is an "extended stay" hotel, daily housekeeping isn't included, but the front desk will give you extra towels and exchange linens whenever you ask. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new, rooms are much like studio apartments, it seems the majority of guest are contractors and staff working in the area and are not from Boise. Being brand new, it seemed that they rushed on the finishing touches, loose shower door handles, pencil marks and handprints from installers. I would definitely stay here again, a little skimpy on the towels. Do stay away from the pizza joint in front, unless you enjoy cheesy ketchup cardboard and genuine imitation meat-like substances, it was gross. Great Walmart across the street, and the hotel was really quiet.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of cross country trip and it was the most relaxing hotel. We visited thus far. It is very modern and clean. The room was unusually large with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. We felt that parking was very safe and the employees were kind and welcoming. We did not use the outdoor grills fitness area or the multiple outdoor patios, but if we stayed longer, we certainly would have enjoyed them.

Well my room was perfect, but my floors were dirty. With splats of something on the floor. The shower had pubic hair around it. The 2 burner stove I never used, was never cleaned. You can see finger prints and food smears. During the night if you are not a solid sleeper. Then your sleep is interrupted routinely by hearing what sounds like water pressure but fast flow.. from second floor.. aside from that, staff where kind, and they are liars with snacks ..

I was happy with this place. Granted my first room didn't have a fridge, because I was put in a room they had marked out of order. They were awesome and got me in a room with a fridge.
