Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, huone oli siisti, henkilökunta mukava. Ehdottomasti paras hotellikokemus ikinä. Hotelli oli tyylikäs kokonaisuus.

Helppo saapuminen myöhäisen lennon majapaikaksi. Ylellinen ja tilava hotellihuone.

Varhainen aamiainen oli loistava. Suuri ruokailutila jonne mahtui rauhassa syömään. Pieni huone mutta eipä siellä muuta kuin nukuttiin. Ja parasta että pääsi sisäkautta lentokentälle. Lokakuun alkupuolella reissussa jolloin hintakin siedettävä.

Nichts

We loved the stylish rooms and the great breakfast. There was so much variety. I also liked getting access to use the gym. It is also great to be directly in the airport. We arrived really late from a delayed flight, so it was wonderful to just fall into the comfortable bed. They are very pet friendly and loved our dog, as well.

Unfortunately, the automated self-check-in stands take forever to type into on the screens, so it is much faster to go to the front desk if the line is not too long. I did get access to the gym in the hotel attached to it, but I was not given a towel to shower with, so I had to wait to ask for one, and then in the gym's dressing room/shower area, there is no separate place to dress or sit. It is just one shower with tons of lockers. I think it could have been designed better.

Sängen var inte så skön, det var som om den lutade nedåt i huvudändan.

Breakfast was superb, large selection of some 185 different items all of the very best quality. Bed was very comfortable, and the bedlinen made from top quality Egyptian cotton (maybe Frette?), technology in the room worked well as expected. entry to the hotel was super easy directly by a short inter-connected walkway from the airport terminal and the reception was manned by two people even at 3 am at night, which was comforting. The reception staff was friendly, and professional. My room was on 11 floor, light and airy. Absolutely no airport noise. Air conditioning was quiet and functioned well.

I found it a little frustrating that there was no tray available at breakfast, which meant having to carry own breakfast items one by one to the table - frustrating and time consuming, and definitely not my choice if I would have travelled for business. Top up for coffee/tea should have been offered by the waitress. Availability of the breakfast should be extended to 10 am. Eg this time I arrived to the hotel at 3 am, and found it challenging to have to arrive to breakfast by 8.30/9 am, alternatively breakfast service to rooms should be available. I did ask. Reception did not accept a letter for posting and I did not have the time to find the post box in the terminal. Hand shower in the bathroom did not function properly, I tried several times to turn it on without success. As a result the choices were running the tap or letting the big head shower to wet your hair and body. Most women do not like having their hair completely wet when having a shower. This system mainly serves men.
