Disappointing and very stressful on return

The location

Luxury this was not! On arrival the shower was broken and off the wall! Other than that the property itself was okay. The owners however should be ashamed of themselves! They took a £200 deposit and ignored all requests to have it returned. 7 weeks later it was eventually refunded by booking.com, these criminals ignored all communication! They were the last people to stay at the caravan and left behind their AirPods - I found these in one the bedrooms (obviously not cleaned very well) and returned them. Not even thank you, they just stole my deposit. Avoid at all costs!! Is it a lovely place and it is a shame the people who own it are so dishonest!
