Overall my stay at this Hilton was good. My only complaint would be for safety when it comes to the elevators. They would close literally close on my body if I didn't walk quickly.
Great access to the Riverwalk shopping, minutes away from Canal.

The stay was nice. Very clean, Room service was good. I feel some areas could use a bit of updating. Also, there definitely was not enough places for morning coffee without waiting in a very long line.

The first day we had our privacy hanger on the door and enjoyed being in the room while my daughter was there for a choir concert rehearsal the second day we were out and about and not in our room and remove the privacy hanger, and I guess we were hopeful that we would actual have our room clean without asking and fresh towels however, after being gone all day, I was a little bit disappointed in the fact that we were not delivered fresh towels, even though the privacy hanger was not intact on the door at all as we were removed it the night before

All the staff members made my sister and I feel so welcome and cared for. The location of the hotel was also perfect. We were close to everything without having to be in the 'middle' of it all. The hotel was very clean and we had access to pretty much everything you would need (food, drinks, etc.)

The room was clean and comfortable. However the bathroom was terrible. The tile had black mold throughout and the door to enter was about have an inch away from the toilet when the foor was open. Should of had a barn door or a sliding door that went into the wall due to the lake of space since the bathroom was so small.

Quick check in... great service. The hotel is beautiful. Some of it under renovation. My room was at a corner and had a beautiful view. Room was comfy and clean.

It was a good stay, everyone was very nice. We couldn’t find the ice machine, or coke machine. The vending machine was in a totally different building. When you park in the parking garage you have to walk what seems like a mile to get to the front desk. The rooms need to be updated especially how much you pay for a room. On the plus side we loved the view, and it was easy to walk everywhere outside.

Loved staying at the Hilton, the hotel needs an update. The carpet, the rooms, the elevators are all from the 90s and its wear is starting to show.

They charged $25 per night additional to what I paid you for what they called incidentals. All I got was a bottle of water per day. For the price this was very disappointing. Will not stay here again and I have to go back to New Orleans later this month.
