Roaches in the room, need urgent fumigation

This location is better than others I have stayed at before. To the naked eye, things appeared clean. The bed was somewhat in need of replacing due to becoming worn down in areas and hard in others. However, I left a mostly empty cup of sweet tea on the nightstand and woke up to it covered in sugar ants. Housekeeping only comes once a week (on Wednesdays). So if you stay there for multiple nights, you will most likely have to bring your dirty towels down to the lobby to replace them. If you stay in the basic rooms available, be aware that they do not come with a microwave or refrigerator. If you're just looking to stay a single night, this is not a terrible location. However, if you plan to stay in a hotel multiple nights then this is not the most ideal hotel.

As expected for the price and area. I stay here a couple times a year for work. Elevator was being upgraded so be cautious if you are assigned upper floors. Should be Done in by end of sep '24

It was fine for what I paid but the front desk lady in the morning shift didn’t want to give me a printed copy of my receipt because I did the reservation trough Hotels com.

I have stayed here for the last couple of years and the mattress on the beds need to be replaced with new ones. It's hard to get a good night sleep

Bed was extremely hard, no hair dryer, no refrigerator, no microwave....elevator didn't work....dirty hallways....lack of plugs on both sides of the bed....my wife couldn't wear her cpap as there was no outlet

The elevator was in maintenance so you have to use the stairs. The Hotel needs general maintenance

Elevator under repair, no previous notice. Humid smell all over. Needs urgent renovation. Pillows were awfully uncomfortable.

Elevator was broken and lobby looked unclean do we decided to cancel our stay. We did not feel safe.

I'm really unhappy because I asked for a room on the first floor when I made my reservation since I have a baby and a stroller, but when I got to the hotel, they told me no, and the elevators weren't working either.
