We enjoyed the welcome we got, the staff greeting us as we walked through to different areas. They gave us good recommendations for eating and shopping and directions so as not to get lost.

Nice hotel close to Washington State University. Staff is friendly and professional. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. Felt very welcome upon arrival. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Would stay here again!!

My nephew plays for Wazzu, and I drive 6 hours to watch him, and this place makes me feel comfortable.

Helped my nephew move in to WSU. WAY over priced for the quality of room/ facilities. Sad to take advantage of families seeing their children off to college. Breakfast was toasted items, yogurt, waffles, maybe apple or banana, cereal, & microwave breakfast sandwiches

This place was convenient for a quick parents weekend at WSU. However, it was not somewhere I would stay again for the inflated price. The whole place is outdated. The beds and bedding we're so uncomfortable that even my 4 year old slept poorly and woke up sore. We could hear entire conversations of people in the room next door through the walls because they were so thin. It is hard to make such an outdated place look as clean as it should. The highlights were the pool and the waffle maker. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

I have stayed here multiple times. Very clean. The staff really goes above and beyond! I cannot praise them enough. My daughter has been in school here and i will always stay here after the last time. The manager and staff truly saved us. Food is great and fresh for continental breakfast

I felt safe & had plenty of parking.
I didn’t like how you can hear the fan of the rooms next to you on either side of your room. I didn’t like that there was no sausage links, bacon, etc., for the free breakfast. Instead there were microwaveable breakfast sandwiches
