Lovely updated room, very clean and comfortable. Did mention to reception that there was no USB port on any of the plugs, only because I had forgotten my plug. Use of lovely pool and great gym. The restaurant and bar staff were extremely helpful, polite and frie

Spa is brilliant massage one of the best but restaurant not good ! Too much on menu so food poor and need separate service for restaurant and outside food not organised long wait for food to be well overdone wont use tge restaurant again but facilities yes ! Rooms are basic

We thought the staff & service in general was excellent. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us to make our stay as perfect as it could.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay whilst exploring parts of Norfolk. Staff provided very hospitable and welcoming service and hotel facilities were excellent including parking. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay was great room 3 was lovely and spacious and the shower room was excellent. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Good quality as a base to explore. Great food range and very good staff. Bar often noisy and was V crowded on Fri night due to an event. Enjoyed pool and steam room

Hotel and it's staff were amazing, very clean, everywhere smelt beautiful and the spa was exactly what we needed.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the room laid out perfectly.

The room was big enough, shower wasnt that powerful but hot you wet. Pool was ok, jacuzzi was firty. Sauna wasn't very hot. Gym had just about enough equipment for a workout. The bar had kids running around so i had dinner across the road at the carvery. Breakfast was as expected and quite nice.

Room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool was a bonus. Food was good but we had to wait a long time on Sat and Sunday for meal, due to it being busy. Service in the restaurant could have been better however it did improve later in our stay.
Overall impression was good and as it was our first stay there we would go back again.
