The property itself and the overall buildings are looking very tired and need an uplift soon. Rooms clean and comfortable. Dining ok . Menu not very variable .Needs to stop relying on previous entity's reputation.

Brilliant hotel with buffet breakfast included. Really nice rooms, foyer, and pool area is divine. Will be staying again.

Exceptional hotel. We stayed in a Lagoon Room and it was very nice. Beautiful facilities, super comfortable bedding, and very clean. Buffett breakfast was truly a highlight and wonderful to have included along with free parking. A lovely location to stay, next time we will stay longer. Thank you, staff are very attentive and friendly.

Only one night stay, it was raining. The hotel is classical luxury, great service, nice buffet breakfast, and fine dinner, strongly recommended.

The size of the property and the ease of getting around. Very convenient. Very neat and clean. Easy access to beach and restaurant.

All staff including restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. They missed our room cleaning one day but when we mentioned it they came and fixed it right away while we had dinner.

The hotel has aged significantly since our last stay here. But still has all the charm even though it isn't attached to the 'Versace' brand directly. We did have a bad experience with one person, Maria, at the reception at time of check out. We received vouchers for drinks and dining credits when we checked in. This wasn't part of the Expedia booking and seems the person who checked us in made a mistake. We did utilise these credits during our stay assuming this was on offer to all. When we presented these at check out, Maria responded saying there is no package attached to our account. She rudely said that the voucher we showed her 'is just a piece of paper' insinuating we were trying to pull something off. She also condescendingly kept asking me if I can see any of this in my Expedia booking. We argued that this 'piece of paper' was presented to us by them, and we could have dined elsewhere - especially given the limited options for vegetarians. We stayed there for a week and the amount in credits was not much at all, however it was a matter of principle. The Manager was kind enough to understand what had happened and immediately resolved this. However, Maria's behaviour did make me think whether they hand these out to everyone at check in only to later rescind, dismiss it and charge you. Insinuation can go both ways. But can't take anything away from any of the other wonderful staff we engaged with during our stay. And the hotel still retains most of it's charm.
