Bugs (roach and something else). Bed had serious dip right in the middle. Dropped something on the floor and looked under bed. It was filthy.

Family gathering brought us here. We originally booked with another hotel so glad we stayed here instead. Comfy and close to many places. Could use an update though.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy! Hotel lobby and hallways under renovations. Coffee never seemed hot enough for me and I prefer a bold brew over light brew.

They were in the middle of remodeling. The tv on wall in our bedroom was hard to see from bed..should have been on a stand that could be turned.

I was charged an extra night stay by a new employee that wa just learning with no one around to help her. Was refunded my money. But was still a hassle to start off a vacation. Also beds were not comfortable and the floors was not the cleanest. I always stay in a Hampton on business trips and family trips. I have also been a guest in this hotel several times and it has never been like this.

Stayed here one year ago. Was undergoing remodeling. Quite a mess!! One year later, still remodeling and a worst mess. Loud noise outside all night long. Mattress hard a a rock. This isn’t what I expect from a Hampton Inn. Not staying here ever again.

The front office person ("Litishia") was outstanding and certainly made us feel very welcome. We will stay at this hotel again for sure.

I was under the impression it was pet friendly, so when I arrived I told her I had a dog and was charged $75. I did not know otherwise I would have looked for another place! Very poor advertising! Also the construction was very annoying and loud. We were told there was construction but again if I would have been told the extent I would have gone elsewhere! Very disappointing!!!!!!! Pet fees should be transparent and not thrust upon you at check in. $75 is crazy!!!
