The staff is wonderful and the location walkable. The hotel itself is in major need of an upgrade. The carpet in the room is very worn and the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful and the location very walkable.

The people are very nice. The location is central to everything. There is a steep staircase into the hotel - but the hotel employees make sure to take your bags up and down the stairs. I recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, hotel was very clean and in a great location.

We had a wonderful experience the two days we stayed. Employees always attentive to our needs. An older hotel very well kept. Only drawback were the stairs we needed to climb to reach the reception.
The included breakfast (served in the room) is great, don’t miss it!

Staff fantastic nothing was too much trouble from storing cases, early check in, early breakfast & car to airport.

The staff guided us to great restaurants and the best pizzas at Freida Pizzarea
