Dirty. Stains on pillow cases, cigarette burns on bed comforter. Mold in shower. Stains on wall near toilet! Hair on towels. Uncomfortable bed. I left after 1 night it was so bad. Hotel refused to refund me for my 2nd night. Rude staff. Don’t stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at the SureStay Hotel. It was quiet, the room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. Everyone working here was very helpful and kind.

Everything was good except the shower, I showered with extremely hot water, and was too in a hurry to complain. was there for only 1 night.

The check in was swift, the service was genuinely friendly. The facilities are clean, comfortable, fresh smelling, but the walls are thin...conversations and outside traffic can disturb sleep. Otherwise, SureStay is a great place to spend the night on a trip.

This was a great location for me to stay at during a business trip. It felt safe and the parking lot was well lit. I was able to see my vehicle from my room which made me feel more comfortable as well.

The staff were nice and helpful! The room and property were very clean, and they weren't stingy with the the coffee setups! The pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint is the other bedding; The bedspread and blanket were both thin, and the bottom sheet was a flat sheet that just bunched up and came off underneath me.

I like the is close to everything, convenient after work. The room was very clean. It was a little noisy with the people next room. I'am always have a good night sleep.
