Black hairs were all in our bathroom and on one of the beds. The room had a terrible smell.. it was almost like mold or bad cleaner smell.

Our floor was damp. There was water on the table. The door to a cabinet was falling off. The tv remote was broken. The towel hanger was broken. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot.

The customer service is always excellent at this location. Especially the servers at breakfast. We have been stopping here for 14 years and never have had a bad experience.

What a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are SO CLEAN and spacious. The bathrooms are perfect. 10s across the Board!

The only complaint I would have would be the shower stall looked really rough. The tile was discolored & gave it a dirty look. We only stayed one night so that was the only thing that stood out to me.

Lovely place. So comfortable bed, soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Cleaned and near lots of restaurants. Breakfast was awesome! We had to endured fault fire alarm went off. But it was shortly taken care of.

Unfortunately we were booked into the second floor somewhere above the pool and it was so noisy when we were trying to sleep it was as if we were right outside of the pool room door. Additionally the beds were THE MOST uncomfortable beds we have ever experienced while staying at a Holiday Inn. As if the noise and uncomfortable bed weren’t unfortunate enough the room was clammy and hot despite the air being set at 68.
I would like to close with saying that the staff was very friendly during check in and check out. I wish I had something better to say about this hotel but we will be going out of our way to stay somewhere else on our way back home.

The stay was ok. Some people were a little sketchy looking at the hotel. Also, the hotel seemed dated. It works if you need a hotel for the night.
