Our stay started off well until we got into the room. The sofa was stained up, the carpet was badly stained, there were boogers and cobwebs on the wall, and some sort of water rot next to the tub. It was definitely not what I thought would be our room. We tried to bare it but the thing to push us over were the bugs in the tub. We requested another room but ended up leaving after the sad breakfast and lack of communication concerning the room change. I was highly disappointed and was saddened that they didn’t bother to take off the night I didn’t stay there.

I didn’t like the shower. It was difficult getting the hot water to turn on.

We needed somewhere to stay for baseball near East Cobb Ball Park and this was less than a 15 min drive. No traffic. We booked two nights. First night really, we arrived at 3AM. Made sure I called in the afternoon to let them know so they didn’t give up our room. Front desk’s customer service were great amongst everyone we came into contact with. WiFi was strong. Our room was first floor, right by laundry, vending and ice machine. Honestly, it seems noisy with everything running… but we are white noise sleepers and actually it didn’t bother us at all. The room itself appeared clean. Our bathroom had a slow leak behind the toilet. Front desk mentioned it was reported with the previous guests but maintenance didn’t get a chance to repair it. Parking lot is a little small and tight. But we managed with our crossover. Breakfast didn’t have too much options: 2 cereal options, waffle maker, yogurt, fruits, bread for toasts, oatmeal packets, small drink selection, coffee selections.

We visit Emerson frequently for my son's baseball tournaments and we try to stay at this hotel when we come. It is always quiet, clean and a good location. I feel safe and the staff is always very helpful!

We requested a handicap accessible room, and the room was definitely NOT accessible. However by the time we got to our room, it was so late and I was too tired to request to change. At checkout, we mentioned that our room was not accessible like we'd asked for, and all we were told was "sorry about that." The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very minimal and definitely not a breakfast buffet like it was described. There was only cereal and a couple of bread choices. It was okay overall and the staff was very friendly. I just wish we would have gotten what we asked for.

Overall, our stay was good. Just the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. The bathroom door had a squeaky noise that was waking up everyone. The shower curtain didn’t cover to avoid wet floors. The bathroom exhaust fan was weak.

Entire 4 th floor had a marijuana smell. Told front desk and they did nothing. The toilet in our room kept clogging and they never came to fix it. Had to go buy a plunger to fix it myself.
