Very clean rooms. Loved that they had Netflix. Best shower water pressure I've ever had in a hotel. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff. If they just had fridges in the room it'd be perfect.

On arrival the desk clerk questioned us suspiciously about how many were staying, my daughter responded with 3, we're moving daughter in to school. Still regarding us with suspicion he says my credit card doesn't look like a regular card and says it looks like a housing aid card "What?" I don't even know what you're talking about. We establish it's a "real card" Later I was at desk and he smiles and hands woman a complimentary water, didn't give us any, it was 90 degrees and had just moved granddaughter and were obviously hot. Why the difference? He assumed we were not "good customers" and we didn't deserve it. That was because I'm old daughter is overweight, grandson is hippie & granddaughter is black. He did not see us as diverse he saw us as less than.

New hotel near an excellent restaurant (Black Rock). Fire pit area makes the stay worth it…secluded even though right off the highway.

Overall it was a great stay. I requested and was given a room at the rear of the hotel which was away from the traffic noise. The breakfast was good with several options. Although it was quite cool in the breakfast area.

Rooms were nice. Only thing I didn’t like is you can hear the expressway. They do have gluten-free blueberry muffins on the breakfast buffet.

Check in was very easy and the employees are very pleasant and helpful. Ask for a room facing the back if you are noise sensitive while sleeping as the hotel is next to a pretty busy highway.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms. One thing could have made our stay better; The pillows were not comfortable. Really hampered my abilities to get to sleep My husband slept like a baby. Personal preference I guess.

Very happy with our stay. Rooms were clean and well appointed with nice extras like a luggage rack above the air conditioner/below the window. Downside was air blew directly on that side of bed.

The staff was beyond friendly, respectful and professional. Everything was clean and orderly. We had an issue with the tv/remote (yes, I needed it; was alone with three small children) and the front desk and maintenance crew were right on resolving the problem.
