The staff was very nice my friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would complain about was the food. I had some cereal and milk and even though the milk wasn't in the fridge, it still was a little warm. I'm not sure what that was about.

The comforter, sheets, and pillow cases were stand and looked dirty, and there was hair in sink in the bathroom and pink liquid on counter top. Nice place but my room wasn't clean to me and my friends.

Great hotel for an overnight. Good location to the start of the Bourbon Trail and Louisville Slugger Museum. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

The hotel overall looked nice but when I came in, there was no one up front. I probably waited 15-20 mins for someone to arrive at the front desk along with 2 orher people who came in after me. I checked in and there was an unknown stain on the carpet I tried to ignore. The bathroom was clean & the bed was comfortable but the issue was with the bed linen. I had to call room service SEVERAL TIMES regarding unknown stains on my bed sheets and hair in the bed that did not belong to me. I called to report the issues as well as request to have the sheets changed. After some time, a lady front housekeeping came to the door with new pull sheets but I needed new pull sheets as well as a new comforter. Believe it or not, the lady wouldn’t even come into the room and change them for me (as I thought that’s what housekeeping does)- she just handed them to me and walked off. I went back and made a call request for new comforter as I wanted to finally take a nap. I waited and waited- I waited so long I dozed off in the chair. I called back about 40 mins later and was told housekeeping was gone for the day. After some time I was brought another pulled sheet (not what I asked for) and I finally stripped my own bed and just cut the air down and slept using the 2 pulled sheets that was given. Below are just a few pictures of the sheets.

Nice big rooms and housekeeping everyday. Free hot breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Bus stop outside the hotel. Was here for a Convention. Enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again if I come this way again.

Wonderful place to visit in Louisville

The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! They were kind, courteous and available at all times!! Parking was right next door but it was at an extra cost. It was convenient to our wedding venue, right across the street!! Overall was a great visit!! A

Homeless/ roaming around in the middle of the night at the hotel main entrance made My family uncomfortable

I loved that we could easily walk to restaurants, the children’s museum and brewery tours if I wanted to. We parked in the parking garage as that seemed like the safest option for that. We’d definitely stay here again.
