Don’t stay at this hotel. Room Was very expensive and the bed so small my feet stuck out and I am only 5’9. The concierge took forever and I had to make my own reservations ( as places they said were full). Avoid like the plague this rio off hotel.

A bit dark for my taste… the blackout wasn’t working properly as the door of the closet.

Brach doesn’t give you the five star luxury feeling of a hotel but rather like their manager said it’s a place to let you explore. In other words, the quite luxury (all in details). What I like the most is their 24/7 pool and their reliable cab service which saves our day to the airport when all Uber options failed.

Beautiful property Great service et big room. The only thing is that my room was close to the outdoor terrace and it was noisy.

Luxurious lodging. I had adjoining rooms for myself and kids and that was perfect.

I love that every night in bed the staff will prepare different little things on the bed, and when I get back to the room I will be looking forward to seeing what surprises will be tonight. Like receiving sample perfume, chocolate, biscuits, and Facial mask.

Great vibe at the hotel, high level of attentiveness by staff. 10/10 will stay again.

We were celebrating our 2 year wedding anniversary in Paris, and booked this hotel based on the reviews, so I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes others can think twice before booking this hotel that does not care about their guests. There was no air conditioning for the entirety of our stay, and when it got super hot at night, we were told by the receptionist to "open our windows" and were covered in mosquito bites every day - they still said there is nothing they can do. The restaurant on the main floor receives precedence over everything, the hotel is on the next floor, so you are constantly trying to get around people. Many times we tried grabbing drinks and food at this restaurant, and we were constantly told that we should just order room service, because you know, we traveled all the way to Paris to sit in our rooms. We weren't even spared by the doormen; asked for an umbrella, a taxi, and the answer is "no " or a reco to do it yourself. Side note we are people of color, and they are clearly trying to attract a certain vibe, so I am inclined to believe that we were treated so differently because we didn't fit their "aesthetic". This is also the only establishment in Paris where not a single staff member wore a mask, it was just fascinating to see a hotel with ppl coming in from all over not care about anyone's safety. TLDR; for the price, you can find a way better hotel that cares about you.

The restaurant was extremely busy and whilst the staff were very nice, they were rushed off their feet and couldn’t give tables the attention that we would expect from an establishment like this I.e., there weren’t enough of them.
