A beautiful. Setting in a lovely street of Maitland. The garden is amazing and the setting very relaxing. Close to the main area of town for all restaurants etc. lovely walks from the house. More a home vibe than a hotel feel.

Lovely room that had its own en suite library. Rustic feel and very comfortable. Can I suggest though a wardrobe to hang your clothes other than that a perfect stay.

We stayed in the charming Gardeners Quarters cottage set in beautiful gardens. Greeted warmly by the owner. Quiet, clean and comfy room. Coffee machine was a bonus. 😊

The property was amazing. The host Sarina was better! She’s got the most beautiful mansion and I’m so glad we got to experience it. It’s warm cosy and the perfect getaway. I will be back soon

This was a magical experience. The host is extremely generous and the property is a delightful surprise around every corner. From the beautiful decor to the adorable huge jar of marshmallows - we relaxed, felt spoiled and special, and this led to a priceless family experience. Just go!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Tocal Suite, a queen bedroom with adjoining quirky lounge area (old library), modern bathroom and external access. The grounds are extensive and beautiful so we strolled around them in the afternoon before heading to Maitland city centre for dinner (a 20 minute walk, no hills). The rooms were decorated beautifully with lots of old books and the bed was comfortable. Our only issues were a sticky spot on the rug in the lounge and the coffee pod machine didn't work properly but still enjoyed our stay
