We booked 8 rooms for 4 nights. Some of the group couldn’t make the trip, so we wanted to change the dates. They wouldn’t change the dates or give a credit.
We didn’t ask for a refund, just a credit.
I’m sure the hotel is very nice if you get to stay there but we’ll never know.

We loved staying here. The breakfasts were amazing, the staff at the front desk were helpful and our room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We asked the staff to line up a driver for us and used him for 3 days. He was great and got us places so easily, all the while being an excellent guide. We also had laundry done at hotel and it was ready in a few hours. Most importantly , we were made to feel welcome. I’m so glad we stayed here!

The rooms with balcony are spacious and good for 2 persons.
The location is not as touristy as it is in El Poblado, but its a nice location to stay.
The breakfast was also good with fresh fruit, serials and different options the kitchen can make for you.

Greatly appreciated my stay at Terra Biohotel. Located in a quiet place, this hotel is much more that expected. The room was clean, nice showers and very nice. For the price, it is well worth your money.

I loved the hotel, the staff are friendly, there’s a nice atmosphere right through the hotel from the cleaning staff, to the kitchen and the front desk.
The area is safe and close to Park Del Rio, and the mall and restaurants are close by.
I I have stayed twice on my trip for multiple days and they never let me down. I highly recommend.
