Breakfast was always cold. The hallway next to my room smells like humidity. I rent 2 rooms and we have to keep asking for towels and toilet papers. The hot water was not working the majority of time. The lights from the room not working. To clean the rooms was always a mission.
Overall this hotel was the worst. I don’t recommended

The location is very convenient, the staff is amazing, Deyaniris is an excellent person and help me and my family with all we needed, she is the only one i remember because we were there only one night.

Air conditioning was set to a temperature that was too hot. I was unable to sleep. Managers said there was not possible to be adjusted. They change room but still same situation.

I didnt like that my friend left a new Jean on room 608 and my other friend left a tablet and both items were never found
One night my husband was packing our bags and we had a front desk call that someone complained about scream in the room and it was not true we stayed 16 days and never had no even a loud voice

First of all the claimed free wifi didn’t work! So i had to call another colombian phone and they charged me for it 3000 pesos! Like seriously???? Was absolutely disappointing.
The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Much worse than in February when I stayed last time. Also the hotel is hot except the room.

I do not recommend this place . The morning staff at the front desk very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.
