Very friendly service. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, waffles, etc. Bed comfortable. No elevator so we carried our luggage up stairs, was fine for our younger family but would not be good for older patrons. Overall good stay.

Per the Hotels.com website, the room was supposed to be $58 with all fees, but I later got a receipt for $115. When we checked in the room, only 1 of the lamps worked. They said they did not have any other rooms.

The bath tub was discussing black mold on edges . No elevator was on 3 rd floors. I am 77 years old and whe I asked for a first floor he said he didn’t have any. Most upsetting. Won’t stay there again

This hotel did what it was supposed to do. Allowed us a place to sleep during our stay. There was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff was friendly. We did not get service while we were there. just happened to catch housekeeping to give us fresh towels. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

On my last reservation made through this site, my credit card was charged an amount for the 2 nights stay but when i asked and received a receipt from the hotel upon checkout, it showed an amount $47.50 less than what i paid to Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and was told that they charge the quoted rate and offered no refund for the difference.
