Hotel Customer Service was professional and friendly. They allowed me to check into my room early. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as desired. Steakhouse was delicious, a little pricier. You have to pay for your side. Dinner did come with bread & soup or salad. No bar tender (believe she called in) at sports bar during football Sunday. Fun place to play and slots not too tight.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check-in staff was unfriendly. No-smoke room smelled of smoke. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet floor was dirty. Fridge didn’t work. I’m sure I’ve missed something. Avoid at all cost!

Nice and clean. Inside facing room.Ground floor. Very noisy A/C outside all night. Sleep difficult. Make sure to get a room facing parking lot.

What a nightmare from mysterious charges not disclosed to old musty smells…definitely not recommended and I won’t be back this was a second visit.

The staff is always friendly, and the front desk accomodated my ground floor request, and also extended my stay for a extra night. The room was clean, and large. I was very satisfied with the room. The last nite of my stay, the people above me, must have had kids, cause it sounded like horses running over the top of my room. I called the front desk, and asked them to contact the guest above me, and to tell them to stop with the noise, and the staff did. Again I will say they need more outdoor lighting on the hotel side of the building. Its really dark, and thats a safety concern for me. I would reccommend the hotel, and would stay here again! Which Im sure I will.

Clean and spacious room. Love the big showers too. I stay here all the time when visiting family

The room we got was dirty and all the furniture was damaged in one or another. Carpet and bedding was dirty. This hotel desperately needs an update.

The elevator and hot water did not work

Arrived at 9:15PM, had to wait till 9:50 for a check in because there was no one there (we received an email that the check in was available till 1AM). Very thin walls,someone left a dog in a room near us,it was howling for many hours. The elevator was out of order. The hairdryer as well.

The establishment is ok. Low price is the main reason we stayed there. If you want a fancier place, then you have to pay more.
