Property was incredible, world class. Been fortunate to stay in many nice places - Little Nell Res is near perfection. Best workout facility of any property anywhere. Only issue was pool was closed. Ate at hotel and used their pool.

Wonderful stay despite the pool being broken . Had the place almost to ourselves since has just reopened for the season. Shout out to Jason at the front desk who was hilarious and fabulous all at the same time ! No better place in aspen imo and we’ve stayed for decades

Excellent location. Great valet staff. Jason the concierge/front desk manager is excellent. He’s enthusiastic and really cares about guest satisfaction. What a great individual to have working in hospitality.

The Residences at the Little Nell is a truly remarkable hospitality experience. I did not use the word hotel because the service exceeds that of a hotel. I am a single mom with a 4 yo. The RLN caters to every age for every need. RLN has a playroom for the children, and my son played in it for hours with his babysitter. For adults, it is heaven. Carol, the customer relations specialist, is the reason for this review. As far as I am concerned, the stay begins and ends with her attention to detail and hospitality. She knows how to make a wonderful memory for the people who visit. She has a gift for making people feel as if they are the VIP in the room. There are not enough superlatives to use to persuade visitors to stay here. RLN will not disappoint you.

I prefer to stay in high end properties: The Plaza, St Regis, The Peninsula, The Four Seasons, etc. Out of all the places I have stayed around the world, this is one of my favorites, if not the best! From the concierge service discussing restaurants with me, then booking all of them in advance, to the over the top personable and friendly limo drivers and valet service at every turn made for a top notch experience in Aspen. It is a pet friendly property and the valets watch your dogs while you shop or go to dinner! It was fun talking to and petting the digs as we came and went. When I return to Aspen, I would definitely stay at The Residences at The Little Nell!

Great pool deck and nice gym

Amazing location if you want to ski. The lifts are right outside the property, literally. Room was spacious and well furnished. Staff was very friendly.

The service here was unmatched. There are a lot of great perks like free bikes, passes to go up the gondola and afternoon snacks and drinks. We spent every day at the rooftop pool which was never overcrowded. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We have stay at this hotel before but this time was not so pleasant! Because we uses hotels to book we ended up in a crappy room! A 5 star hotel should not even have such a bad room looking into a wall. Manager talked in circles We wasted so much time moving around rooms ( 3 moves). We will not stay here again

We had the most incredible stay at the residences this past weekend. The prime location, amenities, and overall service was the best we have experienced at a ski resort. Our family has spent much time at other top resorts including Deer Valley, Jackson Hole, Vail, etc. and our experience at RLN in Aspen truly exceeded our expectations. We will surely be back!
