Welcome to Trails Edge Unit A! Nestled above a brewery and pizzeria (if that doesn’t say vacation we don’t know what does) this first-rate condo is sure to charm your socks off!
This pet-friendly, two-level unit is beautifully situated for a small family or a few friends to experience the best of Leavenworth. Pull into your designated parking space (that’s right, no need to pay for parking) and ascend the stairs to your front door. You’ll be greeted by a generous tiled foyer that leads to an open-concept space allowing your friends and family ample room to congregate. You’ll be delighted by the warm wooden cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen and find everything you need to whip up something delicious. The plush sofas will beckon you to sit, relax, and enjoy as a movie plays or a great conversation unfolds filled with hearty laughter and all the ingredients for making memories. A balcony just off the dining room offers a peaceful perch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
On the top level of this primo pad are two bedrooms, the first is a king ensuite and the second has a queen bed and a dedicated full bathroom down the hall. Both bedrooms also offer balconies allowing you an airy place to glimpse treetops and some green space, this condo faces away from our downtown so you’ll have all the conveniences of this supreme location with a little respite from the crowd.
Steps from your parking space are the downtown streets of Leavenworth bursting with eateries, boutique shops, wine rooms, and galleries. Turn the other direction and you’ll find you are at the opening to the Waterfront Park trail system that follows the Wenatchee River and encircles Blackbird Island. It is an enchanting area to sit on a sandy beach, birdwatch, or simply stroll the paths admiring the flora and fauna of our little mountain town.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
