The space
Welcome to Lake Geneva! This newly updated home features open concept living with two bedrooms, a sunroom, deck, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a finished basement.

BEDROOMS
The large main bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite shower and generous closet for storing luggage. The second bedroom king utilizes a family bathroom next door with a tub/shower and double sink. The third sleeping room is found in the finished basement with a comfortable queen pull out couch as well as one twin bed and one queen bed. The basement has an additional table for games and TV for entertainment.

BATHROOMS
The 2.5 bathrooms are on the main living floor.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all accessories needed to make home cooked meals including small appliances: drip coffee maker, Keurig, water kettle, microwave, toaster, and ninja blender. There is a food pantry behind the kitchen in the utility hall where a half bath can also be found.

LIVING ROOM
The mounted tv can be pulled out and rotated as needed if you'd like to enjoy watching while preparing in the kitchen, or lounging on the couch.

FACILITIES
Our home has a washing machine and dryer, as well as a hand steamer, and iron.

BABY AMENITIES
There is a crib available if needed, as well as a high chair and baby toys throughout the house for your own little ones to enjoy. Please take care to keep care that the basement door is closed at all times to curious toddlers and babies. There is also a small neighborhood Tot Lot playground a block away which we like to take our own little one.

LAKE AMENITIES
We have beach towels, toys, and chairs available for you to use for fun days on the water.

ADDITIONAL LINENS
There will be additional blankets and towels available for you in the bedroom closets, bathroom closet, and hallway bath linen closet.

DOWNTOWN
We are a quick one mile away from downtown. We love walking to downtown, but please note that since our home is elevated, it is a bit of an upward hike journey getting back :)
