Beautiful location and scenery. Garage for the motorcycle. Great breakfast.

Dinner seemed very expensive in the restaurant.

The breakfast was tasty. The room was simple but clean and had what I needed. The price was right. It's run by nuns and had the feel of a retreat center. The mountain view was awesome and there are walking paths that lead past a waterfall (spring). My room was quiet.

I liked everything. It is up a mountain road.

It is a “must visit” place. Beautifully located on the top of the mountain overlooking the alps. very friendly staff and nice comfortable rooms. Been there for the last 4 years on our way South.

Access by a very narrow & steep road

Wonderful location and picturesques sceneries, cosy and comfortable, spacious and clean, rich and tasty breakfast, overall way above expectations, way outstanding for the money.

The access road is basically a single lane and the upper half is slightly steep, but it is covered with even tarmac and provided with many side refuges, so getting there is pretty easy even when other cars go the opposite way. The shower area is large, but protected by a curtain.

Lovely hotel linked to the church and the nuns who reside there, hotel situated at the end of a lane with nice views down the valley. We stopped on a Saturday where evening meal available which was excellent, brew aware no restaurant on Monday or Tuesday as it states in information you will have a run to find food.

A bit hard to get to without a car

Serene. From the winding lane leading up to the peaceful setting - nestled in a valley surrounded by woods - to the quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, Gasthof Kronburg is idyllic. The restaurant is excellent. The staff and the Sisters, of course, are friendly and kind. I've stayed several times and look forward to another visit. Highly recommend! Karen, Stuttgart, DE

Very friendly staff at the reception, at the restaurant and the breakfast room; nice choice and good quality of food and beverages at the restaurant; amazing breakfast.

Wasn't too thrilled about the spider in the room, but who knew spiders can fly? 😄

Beautiful property surrounded by mountains and a running church. Loved the nun’s they did an amazing job to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
