We came back to this little gem. Ideally located on the river with easy access to town and great walking. Our hosts were v helpful suggesting we book restaurants in advance and providing info. They also recommended the excellent seafood provider at the Marina.

Absolutely perfect. This is our second stay here and we couldn't think of a better place to stay in Port Fairy.

We love everything about this accommodation and the location is perfect. Communication with the host was excellent too! It was so peaceful and beautiful at night and walking distance to everything during the day! The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. Very impressed overall and we're already planning to come back!

Outstanding location in Port Fairy, close to everything. Located right on the River with boats going by. quiet and peaceful. the house was perfect with great kitchen and living area. Bedrooms had comfortable beds with views. everything needed was there.

The site of the property is exceptional. it is very comfortable and the host most proficient and helpful.

The fridge was a bit noisy but we did not mention it to our hosts.

Location excellent as expected. 50 metre walk to buy fresh cray direct from the boat. Great to sit back and watch the passing boats and strollers. Very comfortable bed.

The noisy fridge has been mentioned by others over at least couple of years now. Similarly the dishwasher needs maintenance/upgrade. TV reception poor. The radio has an iPod dock - who would have thought to bring their iPod? Could do with regular owner inspection to pick up things like the lack of sparkling wine glasses, broken light switch in the bathroom, salt & pepper grinders that don't work, etc. In all it is looking quite tired and did not meet our definition of indulgence.

Breakfast not included, we were centrally located so was really easy to get around., great location by the port. Shops nearby, friendly locals, and very fresh seafood.

Excellent location, clean two bedroom self contained townhouse on the river.

price was a little expensive but location made up for it

The location of this property on the Moyne River is marvelous. It's decor is a little dated, but the facilities and view make up for that. A fresh coat of paint inside and some garden maintenance would make it a sensational place to stay. The owner was very pleasant to deal with.

A bar-b-que would have been nice and the fridge could do with a service as it's very noisy.
