Breakfast was good for what they charge.. pleased

I didn’t like that we had no one come and refresh our room or provide a change of towels

The hotel and the location, it is clean and really nice. They provided a baby bed for my daughter for free

Rooms not cleaned daily We were in the basement and very noisy from 7am as the dining area was above our room

Nice, cozy room with an incredibly comfortable bed, beautiful decor, and wonderful staff!

This is a great little place to stay. In the trendy Montcalm area, across the street from the museum of fine arts, close to rue Cartier with its bistros, shops, cinema and the Rideau Rouge restaurant and Boite a Chansons ( a must). Art is everywhere in the hotel including the rooms with quirky features. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is good value and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. My second time here and won’t be my last.
